MyDeloitte is the mobile engagement app for the Deloitte community. MyDeloitte connects Deloitte signed learners and students, Deloitte professionals, partners, managers and trainees on the basis of mentorship, training and development, and habit sharing for success.

The MyDeloitte app works as a private community tool leveraging direct contact between Deloitte signed learners and students (mentees) to Deloitte professionals (mentors) in order to initiate interaction and virtual collaboration. These interactions will allow mentees to learn business and real world skills from their mentors which results in key training exposure. Mentors have the opportunity to pass on their business acumen and experience to bring their mentees to the next level of professional performance.

The user interface of the MyDeloitte app is extremely simple. Users can access tabs such as: mentorship; messages; calendar; events; and upload results quickly and efficiently, directly from the user interface.
