Romanza - Lapa

The download of the app and purchase of a book was quick however I cannot page to the next page. It skips to the next chapter. My software is up to date. I really thought this problem would have been sorted out by now seeing that the first complaint was logged in 2015. I bought the book & want access to it or my money back. Why is a faulty app still on the market. There is no way to download the book to another e-reader!!!!

After reading the first page it skips to the next chapter instead of the next page. Useless. I was so excited when I found the Romanza app, but now I am totally disappointed.

Some of the books I have tried to buy from the app gives an error message requesting me to verify my Google account, yet other books I am able to buy with no hassles. As I am logged in to my Google account at all times and I am able to purchase some books without getting the error message, I assume it must be glitches in the app. It would also greatly improve the app if the app could save your page so that you do not have to page through from the beginning of the book every time you close the app.

So nice to be able to read my books on the go...but so frustrating that I it loses my place each time I go out of a book. Glad I haven't made a purchase yet as this is going to drive me crazy.

It would be better if we as the readers could search our favourite romanza books on the app, without wasting time to scroll. And it would be nicer if the app designer could manage to put all the author's books under each authors name, then it would be easier to find what we are looking for. Thanks for the two free books as well. Also there are no way to tell on which page you are, because it doesn't show it. I would be glad if that could also be fixed and a bookmaker will be nice. Then it will be perfect!!

I have purchased and downloaded a couple of books but when i try now it asks me authenticated is required and i should sign in but i have already signed in, please fix this issue and get back to be ASAP

I downloaded the app two times,lost my books i bought and cant sign in my account.Also i never received my two free books.Fix the app its terrible and furstrated!!!

Does not keep your place when reading and going out of app. If you want to go back to reading you have to flip all the way through pages to get to current page you reading. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!! Can you please come back to me

Downloaded the app on my android device after using it on ipad. None of my other books are showing and the books I bought can not be read. Also went on lapa website to look for the book I bought but not showing :(

Would love it if you could make a bookmark option, evertime i go out o have to swipe al the way again

It's lovely to be able to read romance in Afrikaans!! Was SO EXCITED that I immediately purchased "Griekse vuur" and "Net een soen" written by my favourite author, Dina Botha. But the app misbehaves, and after paying to purchase the book, the app continues to give me the message "Error. Reader not found." and the free books AND the book I purchased can no longer open... Was interested in purchasing a lot more books, but not if the app behaves like this...

I would just like to have bookmark for when i go to sleep that can open the same i was on the next day , if there is such a function please let me now. I would give this 5 stars if it had a bookmark functionality , regards

Is it possible for you to update the app so I can continue reading my book without having to swipe each page all over again to get to the one where I last stopped reading? Bookmarks would be nice.

Boek gekoop, wil glad nie omblaai na vlg bladsy, net na vlg hoofstuk, glad nie user friendly en dit is hiper frustrerend as jy so graag wil lees en jy kan nie.

Like other coments I am expieriencing the same problem, can download and buy now but when you want to read it only goes to next chapter not next page realy want to use this app but the way it is now its a waist of time.

Where do I find my 2 free books?

Why no bookmarks? Can't read if you have to page through the hole book to get to the last page you have red.

Ek wil nie elke keer van voor af deur die boek blaai opsoek na my plek nie. Kan jul groot asb vir ons n boekmerk maak?

Die app werk nie. Jy kan die eerste pr reels van elke hoofstuk lees maar glad nie omblaai nie. Spyt ek het data gemors om dit af te laai!
