Can't restore old purchase

After my first review, I had to come back and change it. I could not download any magazine after paying for it, and neither did new ones show on the tablet. After a few emails and a call from me, they did everything they could to solve it, and gave me an alternative to view the magazines until the issue is solved. After my call to them, they kept on phoning me back to keep me up to date on what is happening.

I just received email and reset to a new password. Sign in error. Will not let me sign in. Reset tells me "Unable to send new password, check network connection". I have a great connection. Please fix such a simple issue for a professional app. Will add stars as it gets fixed.

OK so I downloaded the app and assumed I could link! It to my subscription. Ya not happening so I'm just gonna uninstall it.

New titles not available and I can't restore any of my previous purchases.

Downloaded the new app but none of the books from my old subscription is available. Tried the restore purchases but does not work. Can't really test the app if the books I already paid for not available.

The app did not allow me to log in using my Popular Mechanics online login. There are still no samples to test the readability and functions. I have no trouble reading my online PM magazine with a PDF reader. I can't believe that I wasted my time and money again trying this app :(

I was trying to buy a edition wich says costs 7.99 but it's 11.99 pls fix.....This is a pain

I will not buy a magazine if I can't even see if it works on my phone/tablet first. It's an easy uninstall for me as I will just keep on buying the hardcopy.

The app is useless. It's just as bad as the webpage. Digital subscription my rear... for a technology magazine, there Web interface is garbage.

Play store says free, but all this app really is is a storefront. You have to pay to read anything except 2 free items. It's a shame because PM is a good mag. Uninstalling.

Says I get digital edition free with print subscription, but won't let me.

Good day, since the 22 July 2014 this app has download 22GB of data over my WiFi connection, and approximately 12.73GB on 3G. This is completely unacceptable as I had paid for the subscription. It won't load! I've tried 3 times. I get to 96%, the download stops & doesn't start. Good mag, lousy app! Pop Sci mag was easy try it.

This is really a crap app. No this app is the crap that comes out of crap. You guys can really learn a few things from other app developers in south africa. Is it so difficult to do something proper? So the new updated app is still pretty much crap. You will think the programmers will test it. Oh and snapplify read some of the comments and you will realize your app is a failure

You pay for a publication, you download it then you cant read it. Then all of a sudden your previously read magazines are re downloading and you cant read them again. I am not impressed. The app has wasted over 500megs on dowloading the same magazines over and over again.

The development on this app is horrible. If you want to download you book you need to press on the correct spot on the screen or it will not download.and same with the view functions. Really. I am not impressed I am not renewing my subscription. You need to developed a better application then this. Love the magazine but app huge let down!!!

Update lost my password or could not remember it .now can't read my paid for magazines .not very good .
