This app can be buggy at times and it may not award you points for downloading apps that are on offer. You may feel like there aren't any items available and it can be highly frustrating but I can assure anyone that you can get some of the stuff on offer. The best is to get a group of you and try creating a chain amongst friends to help each other earn points slightly quicker. It will also increase your chances of finding stick of items as they are loaded on. Good luck

What is the deal???? This is unaaceptable...you promise to upload new stock (WEEKLY) Im a loyal customer and all i want, is a pair of Level On Pro Anc Headphone set. I have 307 890 points and i can't do anything with it. Everything has been out of stock for 3 weeks. Not even my shop has available content! I expect more from this app especially becuase of its big Name brand called Samsung. Dont promise something and not do it.

Howcome do i see new rewards up for grabs on several other samsung devices, which conveniently doesnt have enough reward points to claim anything, whereas on my device which has ample points to claim, the sold out products still remain visible for longer than a month now with nothing new to claim. Clever SAMSUNG!!! But i think i figured how you do us. Ka-pow!!!

The app is not terrible butt what is funny is the manner in which you can buy stuff with your points. If you are a working individual that can't watch the app during office hours or if u work nights and sleep during the day, your chances of getting something is pretty much zero. All uploads or most of the time is during middle of the day. This only caters for a certain group of people and not so much to the Samsung client, that are people that works during the day or sleep to work night for that matter.

App used to be great. It was fairly easy to redeem a decent amount of points over a few months, and altgough items were difficult to find in stock, i was able to get a few nice things. But recently the earn rate of points have dropped dramatically as most offers now only give you aboit 300 points. At the same time the prices have sky rocketed and right now it feels like you guys have halved the earn rate and doubled the prices.

The App used to be great, but lately you guys running the app seem to have gone gupta! First you up the "prices" for the Items, now you put in blank earn links to VAS subscription services?!? So now immedia is earning some additional income on the side!!! This app used to be about rewarding loyal samsung users with goodies!!! Now it is about lining Immedia's pockets!!! Stop makinging South Africa even more corrupt!!!

App was decent until my latest redeem was made on the 2nd of June and still no items, first they said my address is not working so I changed it but still no items, one still says on hold and the other one says courier processing. The new address was sent via email on the 19th of June already. If the courier can say my delivery address is not valid (my work address) surely the items should be in there possession and ready for packaging and delivery. I have now specified my home address to which the last package went but haven't heard anything since the 19th of June.

Nice app if you like to download a lot of dum stuff. But is take forever to get points and the points vulue is so low. The woolworths voucher are so over price. This app should be called Samsung Shop. Samsung cleary gets kick back for having app up to be downloaded but they then sell the voucher over price. This was to be rewarding.

I am struggling to update my profile information. It gives mw the option to enter all my details but then it does not want to save. Please can someone assist me?! Other than that i have no problems/issues with the app. I use the app daily! I like the app.

Empty Promises and Lies. There was no BURN option for the item I wanted, you don't always get the points for downloading apps sometimes it just disappears into thin air. The support email doesn't assist you at all and I saved points for 2 years to be snaked! Definitely going Apple when I get my upgrade.

Very frustrating.. i kept thinking i qas downloading apps and earning pounts but was baffled when my points balance did not change. And now for example i downloaded dots and it says congrats uve earned points but the balance remains the same...

This was an amazing app, but unfortunately I don't feel that way anymore. The rewards I can get from this app is almost impossible to get. The prices of the rewards have increased and have made the rewards unaffordable. Another problem with the app is that the EARN page does not offer enough downloads to actually reach the required amount of points.

Apart from getting points each day. There is nothing useful about this app. There is nothing to burn your points on except competition. All the gagets on the burn page is constantly sold out. New item are added but they are sold out when added. WTF. For the past 6 months there is nothing to burn points on and 6 months been staring at the same items on the burn page.

Just got a GS7 and when I open the app, I am greeted with a screen saying that the app has been updated (it hasn't) and not allowing me to sign in, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as restarting my device. This needs to be fixed immediately. I am not decreasing my rating as this is a good app.

Don't waste your time!!! There is never stock of items and the support answer is always the same: "We working on new burn options or we loading goods now which never shows up." If I could I could I would of given a 0 rating. I have built up 250k points and uninstalling the app. Thanks for wasting my time!

I have been a Client of the Samsung brand for 10 years now. Just a bid sad about the Black Friday TV offer, I don't have a TV at home, so don't have a TV license. The sales consultant never mentioned that when I got the contract. So how can I get my LED TV still? PLEASE I NEED A TV.

What's the deal Samsung there is never a product that points can be burnt on. It doesn't matter when i log in from 1st of the month until the last day any time of the day the products are always sold out, does other devices get the products before the S5 if so then why even allow it to show on the product list because it will always be sold out

Why have points when everything is always sold out? Before you could get items that you could burn points on but whenever I log in, which is regularly everything is out of stock and it stays that way for weeks where as items available are gone within a few days or stays on the app as "out of stock" No point in earning points if you can't use it on anything. The app was great before, but until it has "more stock" it stays a app that needs more rethinking and work arounds.

Have been building up points for 2 years now. Not enough items to burn it on. Not worth the effort to build up point. Still doing it on the hope but never had the chance. Can be wasted on competitions but have not won anything. So I would not do it again or have ever if I knew what I know now

Support responsive on certain things, main issue is Link & Earn If your link burns, it deducts from the total, either you get the wrong points or your link shows as not logged in, totals don't add up correctly, reported April 2016, always ignored. No weekly burns, last was in Nov, going downhill. Anyone feel free to link to me, my id 4A608265

Pity that weekly items are not made available for burn like advertised. Laat burn was 24 October 2017. And nothing since then on any devices for anyone if I I look at facebook posts regarding app.Its a real pity.

It used to be fun but now for now since January it does not show anything to burn. Everything remains the same but my friends app shows new stuff to burn even those which are sold out. As for mine it is the same but for new apps and getting points it works fine. Please assist with this matter

If samsung allocated 1000 points per day it would take 7.6 years to accumulate enough points to get the fridge. Everything is always sold out and this has been like this for more than 6 months now. Jack up your act Samsung...this is rediculous. I would give zero stars if I could. I have been a loyal samsung customer for more than 5 years now. Where are the rewards Samsung. False advertising.

I'd like to know why my device never seems to update any of the burn items yet my friends have been receiving new items to burn regularly. When we log on at the same time, we see completely different items which doesn't make sense as the items seem are not exclusive to our respective Samsung models

I exchanged my points for a 2 for 1 movie card...when I tried to use, i was told it was expired even though the back of the card said it was still valid for another 6 months. I tried emailing to get a response but to no avail. It's now been 3 months and still no answer from their support. This app is really useless as there is no support or anyone that you can speak to. I will never recommend downloading this app. ????????????

So the only reward actually available to me is an impossible 2.8 million point fridge but filled with ads or a "chance to win". RIDICULOUS. Why don't you be more honest and just tell us to get an iPhone?

Sorry Samsung Rewards - there has not been new stock added for a very, very long time. I log on daily - sometimes twice daily, by saying there is new stock loaded weekly, you are actually lying...

Had the app on my note 4 and have it on my s6 and never seen products to burn as its always sold out. Except for a clear cover. The app is a waste of time. You can earn points but can't burn them. For a large company you guys suck with this app.

App worked great on my note 4. I upgraded to the s7 and since then the app continues to ask to be updated even though it's the latest version. Tried everything I could think of. Contacted developer by email and haven't recieved any feedback in over a month and a half. My account has over 320000 points and I cannot access them on my device.

A great app! But you guys never have much to burn. I have literally been watching the voucher for a few days. Sorbet has already been refilled twice or three time. But woolworths has sat there for a week with nothing. Especially since the promotion is running till end December but no vouchers available. Just doesn't make sense.

The app suddenly showed -1 points (no clue how it went down like that) and said I need to update. I tried numerous times with the app 'loading' the update window and only on the 10th try it actually updated. But now when I log in it still says I have to update the app??? But on Google play it shows that it is up to date. No clue what to do now.

Got my Samsung R3 speaker today and I previously got a sound bar. It's not a scam as I see some of you say. It is frustrating trying 2 burn points as nothing is avaliable. Take consideration app has over 1million users and thy upload average of 200 gifts a week +- so first come first serve.

There will be nothing in the store to burn points on then you log on a few minutes later and theres a whole bunch of products sold out , this reward system is a scam, i doubt you will ever get to burn points they make you work months to get unless its on tickets for competitions other than that everything is always sold out - even after feedback the same thing is happening. Don't waste your time with this app.

What exactly is the point of offering this to Samsung users if there is absolutely nothing to spend points on. This has been going on for months now. I would love to spend points on Samsung OTG DUO but it has not been available since I've had enough points to actually burn. Funny enough, prior to me having sufficient points everything was available but I julep couldn't afford it. Now that I can, it's sold out. I don't believe you.

It does not upgrade it's prizes. The prizes have been the same for the past two weeks. I have enough to get two different prizes but sadly they were out of stock before I could even see them properly as they sell out at 2 in the morning. Don't know who's awake at 2 to buy them but they always out of stock... gets a bit frustrating...
