I have not once been able to log in in over 8 months. Says technical error try again later. Does the app work?? If the machine at the shop is nit working there is no way I can redeem my specials. Please fix the apps technical errors.

I keep getting stuck by otp, my email is correct so I tick that box and I don't get the numbers. My phone number is incorrect n I can't change it.. very frustrating

Love pnp app and savings. One big request Please add a digital card on app so I don't have to always have my shopper card on me it would always be on my phone please

You keep having technical errors. Why offer an app when you have so many technical issues.

Why can't I shop online without a smart shopper card? Too much hassle, easier to just uninstall the app and keep shopping at my local Spar. Seems like you do not really want my money.

i upgraded the stupid app and i was told to fill in the missing details, when i click on update it says technical problems, it has been weeks now. Stupid app doesn't work

Can't log in. It really should be a basic error to fix. Get a good/professionally IT guy to fix and run the app.

Can't login - ever. Keep getting unexpected or technical errors.

Can't connect on data, only wifi, on my s7. Reinstalled several times.

App never connects. Just shows connecting 54321.....

You can't even get in to register

Can't register, invalid email all the time.

Being trying to log in for weeks and the same error persists - call support blah blah blah- wasted significant amount of time trying to get through as it appears to be just as broken. Remove this app from the store until it's been tested properly and is working.

Switching between app and getting OTP crashes the app successfully. Barcode scanner crashes the app. App loses connection with server and crashes app. If you are having a good day and need a fix on something that doed not work, then run this app :) This Beta version shoeld get a mayor overhaul or die a sudden death

Do not waste your dataon rhis app. Had app on fone 3 months. Not once have I been able to log on. Always technical difficulty. Poor, poor poor. Deleting app now.

Is it really necessary to get a smat shopper card to register? Mxm hated it! Some of us prefer to check the sale before going to the store! As I uninstall this app..

Got my smart shopper card, installed the app. Filled out all the info and got the message "pick n pay is experiencing technical difficulties" What a waste of time.

Can never log in as I always get the reply "we are experiencing technical problems, please try again or contact our service centre" Therefore should be Zero star. UPDATE: Weeks later now and still same nonsense :we are experiencing technical problems. Please try again later". Come on PnP!!!!!

Terrible app... Downloaded it havent been able to log in once.. Who ever made this app was obviously on drugs... Do not waste your time with pick n pay.. Checkers app is way better ..

"Please note that it's not allowed to use your App to earn smart shopper points, however, some Pick n Pay stores will do this a gezture of good will for shoppers. Therefore it's up to the store to decide if they can assist with you or not but from our T & C it is not allowed"

What Pick n Pay App team should now explore is to load the vouchers on to card. What currently happens is that cashiers give us receipts of cash refunds which can be easily lost or damaged. Great work overall.

Waste of data and time. No point shopping online if they only deliver in a few cities

Not always logs in. The offered discounts also are not always taking off the bill. At this stage it's not a reliable yet app.

App is broken... won't load Even reinstalled it thrice in the last 2 week's.

This newest update is amazing! Everything works, buying power, viewing latest shopping lists, recipes, switching points to specials, fully functional app!

Handy App to have. Would have liked it more if I could make and access the shopping lists while offline. I try to use wi-fi at home but have to use mobile data while shopping to access shopping list

Absolute rubbish. Mixed up my details with my wifes. Uninstalled.

The app was working until my recent update. Now it just keeps loading

Like the "share shoppinglist" function,but it can only be shared via e-mail. Should be able to share it via other platforms like Whatsapp.

Keeps making you login - most annoying.

I can't sign up and it does not scan my Barcode.

Absolutely awesome love that I can transfer my personal discounts straight to my card.

Simple useful. Love the shopping list functionality, and that it's connected to Online Shopping.
