Momentum Health App

1) scale is too big for my screen, cannot see the menus at the top of the screen. LG G4. 2) I need to input my username every time I log in - time waster 3) health saver amount does not pull through correctly

It won't accept my login details even though they are accepted on the website. When I eventually login, I get a flurry of errors. It is USELESS!!!! So I have uninstalled it to save my beloved battery from being consumed by this monstrosity. Don't even fix it - scrap it completely & start from scratch.

I can't believe that a company as big as momentum can't even create an app that allows users to use it! THIS IS PATHETIC! My login details work on the website, but not on this stupid app.

Pretty poor. Android design principles are not adhered to, app feedback is mostly non-existent and error messages are completely unhelpful (e.g. "an error occurred"). Not remaining logged in is a particularly irritating design choice that is confounding to me. Why would you want to annoy your users? One of the basic principles of HCI is "do not make your users do the same things over and over" Location based searching does not work. UI design really is bad. Stick to Android design principles Google has more experience with HCI than you do - really.

The app works just like the old one, but doesn't look very good on my Galaxy Tab S2. It's time to get rid of the new banner on the icon.

Won't accept my username and password, even though it works on the website. Please fix this! I'm new to multiply and have only had issues with the entire process.

Screens don't interact, statements don't email, can't find locations for service providers.

Not userfriendly. Add Multiply and info regarding discounts and health score

The app works just like the old one, but doesn't look very good on my Galaxy Tab S2.

It can't search for my location, so it can't provide me with doctors near me. Also putting in the location details does not help as it still tells me of doctors an hour away. It also annoyingly logs off the minute I switch apps, for instance to reply to a message. It's just annoying. Only pro is it tells you of the amount in your health saver and shows authorisations that have gone through. Please work on these cons, so we can actually go to doctors associated with the scheme.

Looks the same as old one. No real functionality. Have to log in every time. When you try to go back it hangs... Rather useless...

Prompted to download via sms and I could win an iTunes voucher... No terms and conditions. And it's the same as the old app. Have to login with password and user name each time. Becomes very annoying on mobile
