It's been 2 weeks since I had blood tests. The results have still not updated on the app which defeats the purpose somewhat

I get a notification saying my results have been updated, but when I go onto the app it still shows pending, an hour later! & most of the information I need, it says "Results sent to Dr" which defeats the purpose of downloading the app! Not very useful.

Even after update it still doesn't show new tests. Even my age hasn't updated. Last time it worked was over a year ago.

Got notification of new results but there's nothing on the app only old results.

Whilst my email address is a combination with my husband's email address, the app is ok. It would be nice to get the dosage as well instead of phoning for it or waiting for someone to call. Can you work that in to the app??

The e mail address and the cellphone numbers shown on the App does not belong to me. They should have it by now. I had so many blood tests done, they could put on their staff list. This App could be extremely helpful if the info given were accurate. Please fix.

I love being able to see my results here. Great app

While it is great to get your test results on your phone the app needs work. I installed the ap on a new phone, didn't have the password anymore. I tried to reset my password and the app says it is sending a code to your phone via a text or a call (the send code to email option is unavailable), but it never does. I've tried to reset my password a few months before and now again. It still doesn't work and I'm still not able to reset.

It used to be good. I would get the results as soon as the tests had been done. Now it's 3 days later, my doctor has already called me with the results and the app still shows as results pending. There is no point in the app if it does not have real time results updates.

Doesnt get updated so its useless. Called Cust care, they say the test results wont be on the App because its delicate info. I have to drive in with my Id to get a copy? Im sorry what?? So whats the point of the stupid App??

"Results sent to dr." So what is the point of this useless app. People should be able to get their results of their bloodtests without having to wait for their next dr. Appointment. We payed for it after all! Not impressed!!

Useful app.. But the bloods that was done a week ago still show as pending. . Some people anxiously await results so this just causes more anxiety. Please fix this

Use to be a great app and use to get results straight away. Don't know what happened but not getting results. Results still pending after my doctor already called with the results. So whats the point of the app then?? Not happy!!

Whilst the idea is good and i found the registration process great i was checku g every day just to see results pending. The results attached in document view but tge app dislay doesnr update. So i still dont know what the results mean

Quicker to phone and ask for the results...the app takes DAYS to update. I cannot add my children to my profile...I have to delete the app and reinstall and log in with the different details. HUGE inconvenience!

Great concept, but a fail in reality. Results are unavailable even though my doc has had them for a few hours. This on tests marked urgent? Not good enough, I'm afraid.

Totally useless app. Tried to contact them. They still haven't responded. Bloods that were done on the 3rd of July are still pending. Really? How is that helpful in anyway? Such a pity as this used to be a great app

Stopped working again. My latest results are delayed by days at a time (even though I know results are available to my doctors) The email address in your reply does not work.

Just says results sent to Dr. Then this app is actually useless other that I can see the results are out! I want to see my own results!

Great concept, but the app takes forever to update the results. My doctor phoned me with my results more than 48 hours before the app updated my results.

Got a sms that said the results can be seen on the app, downloaded the app... only thing I can see is last years test and not the new test... bit dissappointed :(

Intial app was good as soon as results were done it would update For the last few months it tkes over a week for results to update keeps sayin pending pls sort out.

Great idea. But doesn't even load my results. Says communication error. No way to log off either.

This app takes more than 2 days to get my results, and ever since I installed it I can't reach the lab telephonically. WHEN YOUR INR IS 1.2 I THINK THE PATIENT SHOULD GET ANY CRITICAL RESULTS a.s.a.p. Also, it's a great idea but maybe they should fix the problems in the system before advising patients to use it!!

The results on the app are soo delayed that they are almost obsolete by the time I receive them, warranting another set of bloods. Absolutely pathetic

I require my id no. to register but since i have been using lancet forever and i got married and my surname changed now the app tell me i cnt register due to 2 surnames how stupid is that because the id number is 1

It seems to be a trend. Your first results are available quickly and subsequent ones are pending. It could be a such a great little app if the update issue can be resolved. I too have been called by my doctor but the app still has not received the update.

Results are not updated in real time.Two days after inr test results not updated yet.Please fix this as some results are critical.

Don't bother with this. I had to collect my results from the labs after 2 days. 4 days later results still "pending" in the app. Even the staff laughed when I initially said I would wait for the results in the app.

I am not impressed. I did bloods 2 days ago and it still does not show on this app. They do not update it and it always shows as pending....very slack

Bloods taken a week ago were emailed to me but don't appear on the app. So waste of time downloading it. Pointless

Tests done 18 April @ 8:45am marked URGENT. Dr received results within four hours. App still shows 'results pending' five days later.

I used this app previously and received my results immediately once tests are done. I've recently had tests done, and it's been 26 days and results have not been updated! What's the use of this app then?

Results still pending and the email addresses that lancet have for following up, do not work. Extremely frustrated.

Useless if your a female that got married and changed surnames. Even thought id number is still the same.

Phoned the doctor. He has received my results but app just shows pending ????

Was really great in beginning but had to reload the app 3 times today and still no results. I went to fetch them from the branch. Please can you look at fixing it.

Not impressed. Downloaded the app for blood test and it says last updated last year. What a waste
