I like this app allot it makes submitting claims very easy and not time consuming. I would like to recommend that an upload document between add for the claiming process as tacking pictures of documents does not always come out very clear.

With registration and contact detail updates needing to be done in the browser, this app is useless. Website is not mobile friendly and app can not be used due to website not being user friendly.

The idea struck me as rather novel. I recently lost my membership card so this functionality in the app was an incentive for me to download it. I just can't forward it (Membership Card) via bluetooth or anything without first "screen capture" - I wonder if there's any easier way???

The registration screen does not work on my Samsung note 3. The screen layout is an abortion. Can't read any of the fields because they are all lying on top of each other. Also can't submit my information cause I can't see any submit button.

After using the app for a couple of months I can point out the following bugs: - app crashes and forgets to ask for login randomly - loses language option when not logged in - some claims submitted through this platform is not submitted according to the call center, even though it provides me with a reference number - exclusions not representative of my plan's exclusions It would be a good app if it was reliable
