Zootta contacts

What is going on with Zootta? Worked great when I first switched my phones but now get an error message '-01'? Developers website seems to have gone to. Gutted as I've lost all my contacts. An app has to work more than once in my book to be great.

This is the best and easiest app for managing your contacts. ♡ I have been using it for a Long time now and have never found another app to better this one! Keep up the good work devs!

Had saved all important contacts and when I changed my phone I could not retrieve the contacts....says Error code 1. Sorry an error has occurred. Pls make sure you have data coverage and try again later.

I just changed phone and have the same problem everyone else has. I really hope you fix this as your the only app that has all my numbers....

Not able to access Zootta from past few days.. it shows error code 1. I thought zootta team working on it but no improvement since last week.

All contact lost.. I thought I have all contact on zootta account. But when I tried to log in, error code -1 is coming. Please help how to retrive my contacts back

Useless stored numbers and has crashed on login ever since and on 3 different phone's

Every time im opening this app it will ask for your user and password then they will pop up telling that there is error code i treid to refresh but with nothing im leaving this app to give chance for resolving this problem. since they are losing many of there users now this app started to be useless seems everyone have this problem

Worked well, although since the past 2 months it has stopped working for everyone. Using Simpler Backup now, similar features.

Most of the time it does not connect even with full net connection it says no data...error code 01. Bad innovation

Was happy with the app. But now recently changed the mobile handset, but cant access to contact now. Urgently looking for help

Thank you! There are plenty of apps that help you try to transfer your contacts that don't work well. This worked flawlessly for me and it was fast. Worth at least a dollar and yet it was free! What what!

I am not getting my contacts back.. as I am unable to sign in ...its showing error-1

Unable to log in. I was using it for a year and loved it's simplicity, now unable to it for the last couple of months.

Keeps giving me an error message. I can't get it to work.

The app is not identifying my mob number at all...please help i want my contacts urgently......The app is asking for refresh after login...but no button for the same...showing error code 1

I use to love this application and let all my friends install zootta for securing their contacts and now I have lost most of my important contact numbers and details because I cannot open it anymore. It say refresh zootta and error code 1 uccured. There is no support and solution provided by zootta. Sad to say not a good application.

I am using this app since 1½ year bt now m using a windows phone and this app is not compatible with that operating system so Plz make an windows version that i can use this app on that operating system .......!!!!!!

I have zotta on my old ph (which I lost)n my all contacts was on It and now I am trying to retrieve on my new ph but its giving me error code -1. Need ur help its urgent, even ur webpage is also nt working

It used to work well but now every time I log in error:-1 pops up hope u get it fixed soon

It works in I phone but not in Samsung phones. Error 1 comes when I login. Plz assist

wont let me retrieve contacts so lost them all can't contact customer service please help me just says error code 1

Have been using Zoota earlier & always advised others for it too. But nowadays it not functioning well, it's not getting open & always showing Error 1.So either fix it or I have to switch to some another app to backup my contacts.

No one reply to the emails it seems that no one looks after this app. I will delete it

Error code -1 coming up when try to log in. When try to email them to get information about how to get my contacts. Email gets sent back no such address! Omg I've lost all my numbers thanks for nothing

It does not do what it says on the tin!! I keep gettin error code -1 so I have lost all my contacts despite having this app to prevent that!! Take heed and get a different app if you want to ensure your contacts don't get lost like mine did!!!

Crashes all the time. Server errors galore.. Bumping down from 5 stars. Glad I did not put all my faith in zootta and had a different backup of my contacts.

I have been using it for many years, starting from the time when I used symbian only phones. It used to be a nice app. But now its gone. Same problem for everyone , error code 1

Not working I don't understand why.

Great app, been using it for three yearsars now, it's perfect in doing what it says it does ,takes me a few minutes,to change,from any phone to another phone and be up and running with my contacts .Thanks Zootta

Recently their was an error, but after emial to the developer it is fixed now. This is top best app ever for online contact saving...♥♥♥

Works great on most os, but needs an ios7 update now please?

A year to two years back, its a good app which either backup your mobile contacts by sending a file in vcf format to email address or through their server meaning you can just restore contacts in new phone by logging into zootta. This year its having a lot of problems like stucked in log in page or unable to backup contacts with some error msg
