Discovery for Android
Generally works okay, but the "Find a Healthcare professional" feature is extremely unstable. When I turn my GPS on and use the feature, it immediately tells me that no Healthcare professionals were found, although I know that to be false. Somehow it worked once, but not again. If I turn my GPS off, it just keeps loading. If I press the back button while loading I can sometimes get it to show the map and allow me to search, but even when searching a whole city, it finds no results. This is really frustrating since I can't find a page on the web (that actually works) with this info either. You need more thorough QA testers.
Like many others, I keep getting the "require permissions" message continuously and have tried everything I can but still get this message. Not sure what else to do!
Worst app ever! I have a samsung s8 with an up to date app. It always stalls when I access the digital card section and when I added my husbands digital medical card and then my son's card disappeared? It also does not sync the ster kinekor movie cards...
Generally like the app but lately my S Health is not syncing. Would like to know when this will be sorted out. After reading some of the reviews most users are complaining about S Health not syncing and the reply from Discovery is the problem has been fixed and we should check our settings and permissions. Welllll Discovery.... we/ I have done that numerous times and the problem hasn't ended. We're losing I our points while you insist the problem had been fixed. How can it be fixed if we're all experiencing the same problem?
New update - Now it logs the activity wrong. I acheive the goal but app logs it as not acieved. More points lost!
I am still hating this app bec even with the latest update that I did on the 8 June still does not update my workout from S Health, please do not reply to me to check the permission I have done this million times and manual sync still nothing although I appreciate discovery updating my workouts manually from my screenshots but I am losing my weekly rewards..please sort out
Keeps crashing and can't access vitality health rewards....keep crashing.....very annoying. Have a screen shot by try find somewhere to communicate it to....good luck with that!!!!
Once again this is the slowest app of 2017. Its even slower than it used to be. Even more frustrating and now can't even login. If I could use more adult adjectives to explain how frustrating this app really is I would.
Amazing - just a month ago we complained when the latest version of the app stopped syncing S-Health activities. Eventually this was fixed...but not after we lost several hundreds (thousands?) of points, and rewards. Now, a new version of the app, and same problem - AGAIN. S-Health tries to sync, but upload just remains pending. And of course in the latest version the sync is limited to 14 days...so each day the problem persists, we lose out. How can you develop a product that is utterly dependent on your clients interacting with an app, but then fail to ensure that that app works all the time? The mind boggles...lets all keep on giving one star until this is sorted out - and stays sorted out!!
S-Health not syncing and gym visits not updating either. Tried manual sync but it it comes with errors on some days. Can't it just autosync?
S-Health not synching. How much longer before it works again? Missing out. Thanks for the response. All permissions are in place. Latest versions of APPs installed. Still no joy? Have been trying since 18 May to perform a manual synch. Your last email to me suggested that the bug fix is imminent. I have to ask, how soon is soon?
App does not sync s-health fully my gear fit workouts are being exclude. The support is pathetic as well requesting the same data from me 3 times
This is definitely one of the worst apps yet. Continuously having problems with the sync, log in and general functionality!
Come on Discovery, your side is NOT sorted out. I have done everything as requested, but still my points are not being awarded from S-Health. Sending screenshots through manually every week is a real pain, especially with having to wait 3-5 working days for a response EVERY TIME! And then no reward has been given. Three weeks without my Vitality Active Rewards, so yes, I'm getting annoyed that I am missing out because you can't sort your app out. And yes, I have done ALL the steps you have told me to:(
Happy with most of the app but the issues with linking to, and syncing with S Health are frustrating. The issue hasn't been resolved and the support in getting fixed isn't very good.

Apps are supposed to be convenient. There is nothing convenient about this app. In fact, it's the cause of my hypertension
I cant get the s-health to sync. Ive logged calls to you but no one gets back. Real issue! No service!
Worst app on play store. Continuously requests my location even when I decline. Stops giving points after refusing permission. Absolute rubbish
Can I sent you an email with all the screenshots of my setting? I did everything I possibly could from my side and it is not working. My SHealth activities are still not showing on the Discovery app. I got a reply that it is fixed, but mine is still not syncing.
With the app my log in fails everytime but I can log in with same details on pc? I am loosing out on points New - Problem was fixed for a couple of days but today ...same thing can't log in and when I did get in last week it said unable to sync to server...
SHealth syncing has not been working for 2 weeks. This App is really poor
It would be great if bitfit device can also be linked with this app as it more affordable and does the same things as your more expensive divices.
Recent update sorted out all issues i had...
Ever since two updates ago, the app is requesting additional permissions on my phone but it has all that is available on my Samsung S6

How do you manually upload synced logs? It keeps on telling me app data for SHealth connot upload and to it manually. I'm missing out on points and rewards.
The Samsung health syncs but the upload to server fails as soon as you close the app and doesn't upload again. This needs to be fixed
Since I updated today my rewards are not loading so a total waste of my time and money going to claim rewards today! Please fix this!!!
The app is very slow in performance and doesnt allow me to delete used vitality reward cards, causing it to be difficult to use.

Great App. However I keep getting push notifications that additional permissions are required. When you click on the notification, it just takes you into the app. Also and very strangely i get an error message when trying to link my device to my profile. Never been able to use my discovery miles via the app.
