Update: this app simply resembles the company behind it. Slow, never works, and lacking in information. This app is hopeless. It is beyond slow, and even when you do eventually get logged in, it constantly times out while trying to retrieve your details. It's crashes when trying to log faults, and doesn't display useful info, like if you've topped up your mobile data balance, you can't see how much of that you've got left....

Telkom Telkom Telkom, can this company get anything right? Logged a fault pertaining to my ADSL line not working days ago and they've failed to assist me. I can't wait for fibre infrastructure in my area, I'll never look back. And about the app ????????????. I'm sick of Telkom!

If there was a zero star i would give it to this app. Don't dowload because even registering your telkom credentials returns an error ... login returns an error ... fault reporting returns an error ... fault tracking returns an error. Rather use old school call centre methods and be made to hold for 30mins than trying this wretched App.

This app simply doesn't want to work. Trying to open the app takes close to 10 minutes, once it opens it takes me to the log in screen. Once i enter my log in details it takes another 10 minutes to log me in, only it doesn't log in. I get a error message. ????????????. How am i supposed to manage anything if this app is simply not working??

Your app is freaking useless. What bugs fixes did you'll even add. It just keeps getting worse! My account keeps giving me authentication errors. I'd recommend fixing this or removing the app all together!

In general Telkom is just a really careless company. In my opinion they need a competitor that actually delivers a service. Why develop an app and try being fancy if you don't even have infrastructure in place to deliver a BASIC service? Pathetic. New South Africa I suppose.

It is a criminal act to blatantly lie to customers. How can you say twice that my fault has been resolved when it clearly has not. Criminal behaviour is no longer needed and consequences will happen because of your criminal acts

Downloaded the app recently due to my sim swop and so far so good. I read most of the reviews which are all negative but it's only for those who have contract sim cards where mine is prepaid. So I guess for prepaid SIM cards this app is not so bad.

This app is a waste of time, just like telkom. I have been trying to get my internet connection restored for months. This app does nothing to assist.

Pathetic!!! It takes forever to load my usage and then I get an error "unable to retrieve usage data". For a company that is making millions if not billions surly a better app could be designed.

• "An error occurred" - can't log in. • Balance inflated by a factor of the count of msisdns listed on the app. • No quick pin access, fingerprint access, or option to remain logged in. • Response time is exceptionally long (when it works at all) > 20s • Can't purchase data bundles.

My internet speed is low. Tried to login to the app and online to check my data usage... both are saying my password is wrong when I know for a fact it isn't.

Worst app ever! Takes me 15 min to log in and when/if I eventually log in successfully... I'm told that I don't have any accounts with telkom.????

Only works 10% of the time. Most times says there's no internet connection when there clearly is. Takes long to load. Just needs more work done

When I first installed the app it worked perfectly, but after a while alot of errors started to pop up. When I open the up it does not automatically show my balance, instead it asks me to log in. When I try to log in, it says there is an error or there is something wrong with the connection/signal even though the signal is fine.

So many unhandled exceptions. I'd be really interested how much was paid for this app and who got the contract to do it... that person or company clearly doesn't seem to know what they're doing.

The app doesnt work...i log in and it shows what my bill is.. but when i click on manage.. the app says oeps... something went wrong... How am i supposed to manage my data usage? The sms i get says my data is finished... but at the shop i get told i have data???

It takes forever to download this app, because my DSL line is so slow. All I want to do is check up on my 3 different calls I have logged for the same line issue.

Just like Telkom itself this app is absolutely useless! It always gives an error when you log in. You can't reschedule appointments. Even though there is a option to do so.the worst is, you can't query the faults logged as it does not have a submit button.

This telkom app is absolutely useless. It returns an error for absolutely everything. And it has been for months now. They clearly do not listen to the people complaining about how poor this app is.

This app just gets worse with every update. 1st issue is always having to log in, even if you just read a sms and go back to the app. 2nd the account section reports incorrectly saying I owe 588 each on all 4 sims I have on my profile. The value is correct for my one contract sim, but the others are prepaid! So my total owing shows as 4x what it's supposed to be ie +R2300!! Can't view the data or sms if you don't have any bundles - it should be viewable and then say you have no bundles....

This app is actually useless and there's no response from Telkom/Developers. With more than 90% reviews in 1 to 2 star ratings one would think someone would fix or, to limit the reputational harm, withdraw the app. Google Play Store should actually do Telkom a favour and remove bad apps such as this.

'View Usage' always displays an error message. However after closing the small error message window I am able to see my usage. ????

The app is suppose to help the customer manage their data. It doesnt help that it forever has a problem retrieving your information. Seriously! Please fix!

Rather uninstall it. It doesn't work. Even after all the bad reviews they still don't fix it. Useless as always!!!

I'm not sure what's going on with Telkom. Everytime they update their app we face login problems. 1st it was a credentials problem and now its a network/Internet connection problem(I get a Network connection timeout error when I try to login, even though my Internet connection is working fine. It's been like this since the update in December)
