The Global Choices App - Global Assist - has been developed to provide Brokers, Underwriters and Insurance Companies direct access to their members.
Global Choices One Assistant App provides direct access to the app user in the event of an emergency - the app user has a panic button on the app that sends a message to our contact centre that includes vital information to ensure swift action - name, contact number, emergency contact details and most importantly their location. This process is also used to access the suite of Assistance Services that are provided to members as part of the valued added programme. Clients are able to view live policy data and complete all insurance related claims.

This app is such a helpful tool! Registering claims can be such a pain, but the fact that I can do it all from my phone with this app and don't need to fill in a ton of paperwork is brilliant!

Insurance firms really need this functionality to help bring more control and value to their customer communications. The scanning ability of the car license disc and of drivers license is awesome in ensuring accuracy and speed of response to client needs

the circle of communication between my broker and myself has taken a great leap - I can view all my policy details, make a full claim, sign it and take pictures and voice recordings and i am able to capture my vehicles and dependants by scanning their licence discs and drivers licence. the claims forms are pre-populated with all my details, including the VIN and engine numbers! the App is a great tool - I can get the emergency contact to call me if I am involved in an accident at the push of one button and my Broker is able to message me directly into the app. I can also request addiitonal cover on new items with a picture and description - ensuring this is a complete tool for a Broker to conduct his business more effectively and more effeciently. great work
