That is the message I receive when I try to open my account. Bcos of this I'm NOT receiving any messages. I have installed and re-installed it it just gives me the same message. It worked fine on my other fone.

Good Day, since this app was updated. I do not receive my notification that messages are bring posted by the school. Could you please see what's happening. The school is Groote Schuur Primary School. Before, I use to get a notification that I had a new message is in my Inbox, now if I don't remember to check, then I won't know if the school has posted new message.

The app keeps on telling me that there are no messages and I have not joined a group, yet I have installed everything including the code. I'm missing vital information and it's not like I have a choice to use another app. Please assist in fixing this. Update: The app works fine, it was a fault from the school side which had not loaded our number onto the system. Dan was amazing in sorting out the problem and very patient.

What a disaster, better communication with schools initially will go a long way. From what I can see, your firm sent out text messages initially without consent. This is worrying. I will download again, however I expect not to be spammed.

I love this app....my teacher can send me info that is relevant to my children not just for the whole school. It froze once but I simply uninstalled and the downloaded it again and it works perfectly

Good app saves schools lots of money i am sure. One problem though is that the app censors the word assessments. This is a slight problem as schools tend to use that word often

I am not able to sign up as a new user (it says cannot verify my mobile number) and cannot join a group (error is invalid code) and I have thoroughly checked that all the details provided are correct. Quite frustrating
