Payment Pebble

I absolutely love my pebble!!! Had difficulty when I switched phones to turn the screen around because the earphone jack was now at the bottom, but just went to the settings and turned it around there. I highly recommend the pebble!!!! Quick and easy to use and so so convenient. Thank you Absa for the great initiative!!!

It worked well, now my new tablets earphones are at the bottom and the app cant swivel so now it is upside down. It is very difficult to put in the changing pin when it is upside down

My pebble just stopped working . spoke to a lady called pinky at the call centre she was no help and hung on me....what's going on???

Great idea but twice now trying to use the pebble and it is not working after it worked well for a few months? And no response from Absa! What is going on???

Works well for Chip cards. But any magnet strip card won't work. Really frustrating and embarrasing.

Why can't the pin numbers not be displayed on main screen? It is scrambled already!!! DOES ANYONE EVER READ THIS RATINGS???

Since the update, I cant use my pebble on my LG G 4 stylus phone. Why? Please look into that.

If you have a phone where the jack is on the bottom of the pho just go to settings to change the pebbles screen rotation

App does not work properly with Samsung S6 as the speaker jack is on bottom of phone. So pebble rotation is always upside down. Wake up absa as this has been reported and nothing done

A few of our clients found it difficult to put in their pin numbers because of my socket being at the bottom of my phone (samsung S6 edge). This causes everything to upside down???

Once pebble is plugged in, my phones doesn't even pick it up. It works fine on other phones, I have a huawei p8 lite. Please fix this issue

On the samsung s7 the pebble fits in at bottom of phone so the pebble display is wrong way around. The screen rotation does not change while app is opened. Pin confusing to enter

Pebble is temperamental. Often doesn't work and the wheel pin function is difficult for customers

Cannot get the app to download on my Huawei P8 software android v5.0

Love my pebble, have it almost a year and now all of a sudden after they upgraded the software it is not compatible with my phone, I got a brand new smartphone from cell c 3 months ago, and Absa tell me get a new phone. Come on get real, you have a room full of softwaredesigners, fix the problem.

So far so good. Have had it for 6 months and works v well. Swipe for card takes a bit of getting used too though (chip cards work great).

It was great before. Now it is useless to me.

Hate that I have to pay a monthly subscription but the Pebble gets disconnected when it's not being used. App also crashes on refunds. Support staff are clueless. Firmware update ran halfway and now my pebble is really just a piece of rock. And again, support staff are clueless with cookiecutter replies

When trying to do n transaction I get a message showing that the scroll wheel pin is not supported which means I can't get any transactions done. Please help. Tried it on my galaxy tab and Sony M2 and does the same on both

The customers find entering your pin is abit hard and confusing

Refund option does not work. My Galaxy note 3 dies when I want to do a refund.
