Why does the app blot out the screen you're working on when it tries to connect to the network? This is unbelievably irritating. It should work unobtrusively in the background and just display a brief pop-up (if it absolutely has to display anything at all) when a successful connection is negotiated.

Because first u said 3G For R39 and then they took R468 this totally robbery. Since from first day still now not working for me this is totally destroy me or other people's please do something fair!! I need my money back!!

Ok but needs some work; 1) Doesn't connect well with AlwaysOn@ type networks (McD, KFC, etc). Often get error msg. 2) Didn't work for "first-use" of an AlwaysOn account 3) Needs a retry limit for failed connections. In scenario 1 it keeps cycling through connecting/failed so phone doesn't fall back to 3G/4G network Would also be good to be able to set a "priority" order for networks in the preferred list.

The constant foreground pop ups that occur whenever in range of an AlwaysOn network are annoying, especially when walking through a shopping centre with multiple networks. The battery drain by the app when checking the wifi networks and attempting authentication is also far too much. Although the auto login feature seems to be working, these other two issues make the app less than useful

Spent a year with the 1G/mth Samsung package. Doesn't recognise AlwaysOn networks most of the time, and when it does, you get disconnected because the connection is too slow. Save your time and frustration and simply don't bother try connecting to AlwaysOn. More pain than the 'free' 50Mb you are not going to get anyway is worth. The annual packages are more expensive than mobile data at R50/GB. The monthly packages aren't worth it unless you spend a lot of time near hotspots (at least 10 days a month). This begs the question why you would buy wifi? The app itself is pretty average and only slightly less painful to use than their hotspot landing page. Seamless connectivity this is not.

R29 for 5gigs ... really worth it esp if u have it at work. Most shopping centres have it as well. Software is not so nice that is why 4 stars ... else it is value for money.

I just want to know, if any always on-hotspot rejects my username and password even though they correct, does it mean I've reached my monthly limit? I would also appreciate it if you guys could update the usage centre because I still strugle to know exactly when I'm near my limit. This includes wifi and mobile data usage, so far I do like the app, but would appreciate if that could b fixed.

Have used this with the 1G/mth Samsung package and a year afterward it expired. Doesn't recognise AlwaysOn networks most of the time, and when it does, you get disconnected because the connection is too slow. This app us a great idea, but needs polishing as it is currently a nuisance. The connection pop-ups occur incessantly and repeatedly even while on the phone. This casues your cheek to make selections and disrupts your attention. The pop-up setting makes no difference to this. Further it causes significant performance decreases in the android phone and does sometimes cause it to freeze when exitting the rapidly appearing connection screens. This app should be set up by thr user, and then operate unseen.

Please add an account dashboard where you can see how much data you have left. And also please add an option to connect to free data where provided. For example at malls or restaurants.

Each time I download this app my phone crashes and I'm forced to factory reset in order to get rid of it. I have paid for data and cannot access it!

This thing never worked from day one. I was told to enter my username and password but I can't find where on the interface to enter it. I'm only able to connect when I disable this thing. What's it for then.
