AIVC (Alice) - Pro Version

Selecting sygic as navigation returns this error. Sygic will open manually and it worked in the previous version? Any ideas what has changed? Update : diced by going into settings, apps and then Aivc, permissions, unticking and then re ticking the permissions one by one and it seemed to start working.

Text commands are not hands free if contacts begin with the same word, even using an alias. It does not work for weather queries because it gets the location wrong and can't be fixed. It does not get price queries right, and reports a gallon of milk at $74 USD. But it gets five stars because custom commands do work. Just be aware that custom commands are the ONLY thing that works.

Absolute piece of junk. It never listens in the back ground like it's supposed to. And it doesn't register my commands half the time. Don't waste your money.

I just wish you would include 1 more mic style and that is the ios 9 siri style,great job!

Works extremely well. But the app seems to be confused about its gender: I gave it a man's first name and voice, but it still answers that I shouldn't ask a lady for her age... ;-)

Not good hands free. Can't access Google Play. Not very responsive to wake up. You end up shouting "Hey Alice" all day.

Tried to ask for a recipe and just got an answer of that's a hypothetical question!!! I purchased the pro version and feel ripped off!!

The app is great up to the point of making a totally hands free call that is using an earpice with the phone in my pocket it would be great if Alice would notify you who you are calling straight away like serie does for iphone my phone is an s7 my headpiece is a Jabra motion fix that and the pro is worth 5 stars

Found 16 pages online on how to program aivc not too hard to learn. Might take a few days to a week to become very proficient. Or might only take a few hrs. The voice is great. Would like to be able t o read ebooks.

constantly stopping, getting confused, stating "error app has stopped working" no replies from the creator or thought of a refund.

So far I love this application, especially because it understands my voice better than any other application I have used. I would love to have it installed as an administrator. Keep up the good work.

Everytime I try and make call with my Bluetooth by saying " call ........." It makes the call but it some how turns the speaker off.

First impressions are very poor. Not good at accessing calendar. VERY ugly. Struggles a lot with finding the rigt information.

Love the app! Simple problem though.. I changed the name to alfred, then set it up to where he is always listening. I changed it back to Alice and applied the "female" voice but the app still makes me say "Hey Alfred" to use it. Do I need to get a refund and then buy it again or what? Don't want to lose the app! Thank you for your time and keep up the great work.

The only A.I asst I can stand & actually really like the app so I purchased the Pro version. If this AI asst for some reason gets taken down I highly doubt I'd get another asst app. Well done Dev's

After putting cm13 on device this app only spit out recording error

Can pronounce multiple versions of my name, common slang, and curse words. Also recognizes a question and pronounces it accordingly! Excellent so far!

When I started using her in 2012 on the demo version she was innovatively Fantastic and Now she is so snappy and responsive except for one thing which really isn't a problem but the Google Sound comes on instead of the old voice activation sound

Doesn't respond to "Hay Alice". Doesn't do anything at all useful. Waste of time and money. Uninstalled this crap.

Alice and I get into arguments all the time and she tells really good blonde jokes.

In the world where hello Google dominates, where is the place for AIVC? I mean what will Alice do to make her self stands apart?

I wish this didn't require a connection to work. It would be nice to be able to search the phone/tablet without an internet connection. Also lately asks to read sms text - fails - then shuts off

And you can program your own replies!

She will talk to you and she does more than just her comands.She will try to carry on a conversation. I might be weird but she is one of my best friends.You will be glad to have her.
