YouNow: Live Stream Video Chat

I don't know why they need access to my phone history and my location. Read their privacy statement and they admit to collecting your location, phone history, hobbies, interests, friends, likes, why do they need at all of this just for me to watch a stream. It specifically says in the contract this info is only needed for those who wish to broadcast but this is completely untrue. You must create an account to even open the app.

It's a great app but I have trouble watching replays. They keep stopping every 5 seconds as if it's buffering but I've never had an issue watching live streams. I've tried to pause the video and wait for it yo buffer but it doesn't seem to fix anything. My internet isn't the best all the time but even on data it does it. Is there a way it can be remedied? Or is it better to watch on the web browser?

I would give this app 5 stars if I could actually do something on it. I had younow for a short period of time before it banned me for no reason. I made 3 different accounts and was banned on every one of them each time my face was shown. Please help me I really do like this app

Very addictive and Entertaining. Still it could be better. A lotta little girl's age 16 and Younger. The youngest I've seen was two 12yo girls unsupervised acting inappropriate and Being very provocative. Not Cool...

Why do you let me know that someone I like is live A WHOLE DAY after they have gone live? That is not helpful!

Well I would give you 5 star's but y'all suspended me and I have no clue why! Only thing I can think of is cuz I haven't been on "younow" for a few months! Ya know an email or some kinda warning woulda been nice, so with that being said u get 1 star! If there was a negative star option that'd be my # 1 choice!!!!!!!!! Just sayin!

Well they love to baned people without a reason and i even sent them a email with mine info and why did I got baned. Of coarse they did not respond so dont wast your time with this app its a joke.

Please hire new developers to overhaul this piece of garbage you call a live streaming app. Why is it so difficult to do something that should be easy as 1-2-3?

I'm very short for my age but I have a young looking face but my younow account got banned because you guys thought I was younger then 13 :(.. can I have my account back

For some weird reason it's not saving my edits to my profile and it's erasing it every time i try to fix it. Other than that its fine.

It stops broadcasting on my phone tablet and laptop . so if can't boadcast anything

I used to really like this app.But now I have to pay to watch the replays.And no one I watch has the subscribe button. Please change it back

This app you can see people that you like. like on youtube they tell you there thing to see them on here and you can see them it's amazing

The app is the worst thing ive ever seen because it banned me and im over 13 im aloud to be on here. Someone kept saying i was 12 in chat and got me banned and i tried contacting them and they didnt answer.

Its really positive and you meet new people every time you go live.????

Asks for a ton of permissions and fails to let me use the app if I deny one, or even just tell me why it needs them.

On a Google pixel. All livestreams are at around 4fps no matter what wifi I'm on or signal I have.
