Busiest weekend of the year and worldpay is down. Lost tons of business. NOT HAPPY

Can now login on my Huawei P10, still can't process anything, the software needs updated for Nougat it looks

Can't access the app on my Huawei p10 just asks for permission to access location but doesn't allow me to agree or not

When vustomer tryes to open link it shows a a security risk and there is a problem with there security certifi ate. and wont open. Makes my business look dodgy so had to stop using it.. rang worldpay but they were not interested

Tried to use it to order a card machine. Always cuts out before connects to the page so I cant even make an account.

Latest update does not recognise login, password works on website. Urgently needs fixing

They were once good, but lack of app updates, and high fees compared to visa / mastercard interchange rates means im moving elsewhere. Need to be able to login to the app with a pin number, an email / password isnt good for mobile service, need to update the pin pads to be like the new paypal one with contactless, izettle has already updated to it. Your were one of the first in to this market, and its gone downhill from there,

So why 1 star well if World Pay are serious about mobile payment they need to address the following. 1) App to be usable in both portrait and landscape view. 2) App for tablet as well as mobile phone - improved graphical interface quality. 3) Take a look at Paypal Here they allow you to list all your products and services for faster use. By just sorting 1 & 2 would make a far better experience but by adding 3 too would make it awesome. I must say that the transaction speeds are fast and the online account section well thought out but still feel the Zinc Pay app was just thrown together.

I've been using WorldPayZinc for a few years, and it always processes payments without hassle, which I guess is the main point. When I bought my device all the providers were pretty much the same, however now WorldPay seem to be lagging behind. The interface is basic, with no PoS functionality, and there is no option to buy a contactless terminal.

Note 4 running 6.0.1: Have been using this for ages, all good and no issues. Suddently started having probs with my Bluetooth menu crashing when opened - has had me and my local Samsung store technicians scratching our heads. It's bricked the phone as can't add new Bluetooth devices. Today I worked out that it's this app or the associated chip and pin pad causing it. The weird thing is it doesn't stop after the app is uninstalled, you need to factory reset the phone to stop it - Needs investigated ASAP guys

App will not pair with old key pad. WP sending out new one (not free). Update..... Works with new key pad (after a couple of attempts). Cost £39.99 for new key pad. New version less secure as it keeps the email address on the logon screen and doesn't accept numbers in the password.

Only works 50% of the time. Fed up of reporting to Worldpay and no improvement. Looking for new merchant.

This little gadget does everything. It allows you to send links to your clients email to request payments and then follow up with receipts. It keeps a record of payments. I spent a lot of time researching payment cards and their rates and this is still the best choice by far for a small business like mine. Kim

If problems occur with payments not showing in your transaction list, you have to uninstall and reinstall app then process a 1p payment then wait for payments to appear on your transaction list. Not good and a pain in the backside. I also dont like that you have to use phone data and can't do mobile transactions via wifi.

Note 4 with 6.0.1. Crashes phone when trying to use Bluetooth settings. Factory reset is the only cure.

Uninstall the zinc app from your phone Reinstall the app Start the app and go through the instructions Hold the tick button on your terminal for 5 seconds You will need your terminal ID which was sent with your welcome email originally - hopefully you still have this or have printed it. App now appears to work again and I can take payments.. Anyone had any problems with the previous version where a transaction has been approved, but then doesn't show in your login page of wp-zinc? Pairing issues. Freezing constantly. Takes ages logging in. List goes on.....

Old phone died so invested in a Galaxy S6 only to find its not compatible with the card terminal. Can't take payments now ! Surely this should be a priority as it also affects iPhone 6 and businesses depend on mobile technology that they regularly update to ?

Post resolving login issue keypad would not pair within updated app but would outside of the app. Issue was resolved by Worldpay replacing the v1 keypad with the latest model.

If yours not working uninstall app and also unpair from your 'Bluetooth' list!!! Then reinstall app you will need your Terminal I'd etc. Worked ok before update. Went to use it didn't work! Annoyed!!! Email would have been good "to say if you can't take cards reinstall etc required" nope had to ring up and be told "oh yeah we have updated the system etc" V Poor!

Old version worked really well and was very reliable. However latest update has made login impossible as I found out yesterday when I went to collect a large payment which ended with my pupil having to go to a cash machine to withdraw so didn't look very professional. Sort it out quickly please as at the moment it is useless.

Won't let me Sign in. Saying my phone is configured with a different user id. Ruined my Christmas markets this weekend. Will try reinstalling app today. Was impossible to try this yesterday. Gutted

This last update has stopped this app working completely.

After uninstalling and reinstall it now is asking me to pair the device with phone again... But it won't let me pair them! Please revert update!!

Convenient to use. Shame that sometimes I am not informed when something changes, like this last updated , which made me 'irrecognised', even though I've been their customer for over 5 years.

If you cant login after latest update go to application manager select WorldpayZinc and click on Clear Data.Worked for me.

Its not work with samsung s5.

Took 1 payment then told me had to be on 3g or WiFi was on 4G and WiFi had to go back to izettle very poor!!!!

The system as a whole is very good and the website functionality is great but the very limited mobile app is a disappointment. The app takes ages to log in with my massive email address and the session lasts about 20mins. I was told it is required for security but never had this with iZettle. The app is very limited and could benefit from link payment and manual payment functionality like the website as at present I have to log into the website on my phone and it isn't mobile friendly. I was told about a year ago that they are going to improve the app with nothing done so hence the review.

Needs better bluetooth printer support.

Very useful, however hand held device doesn't have a long battery life and can be temperamental

Keeps dropping out and tells me its been approved but when customer takes card out its says declined by cunstomer via keypad?? So we dont know if its taken or not... people are losing trust in it very quickly and it was hard to put trust in it in first place.

Have now spent three hours trying to get my phone (Huawei - said it was compatible) to sync with the keypad. Firstly Worldpay would not accept my (correct) password. Now I just get the message "Unable to pair" The devices are only half an inch apart and both show active Bluetooth. This technology is not yet ready for the market
