Yardi Maintenance Mobile

No way to set up notifications. No adjustments at all. Pretty much stuck with what they give you. As much as the company pays for the service, youd think the app would be way better

Why cant a user just use their Yardi log in information to use this? This app requires way to much information that a normal Yardi user doesnt have access to. No instruction to set up either. Uninstalling....

This app sucks, it does not sink right with the computer so labor times do not show. It shows completed work orders but no labor times.

Doesn't sync automatically and frequently. This App needs to stay working on the background in order to be able to notify new WO's and else. If you close the phone's screen the App will not generate notifications automatically or persistently as it should.

I would like to try app but cant even set it up . No real clear instructions and it very hard to find any kind of information in how to set setting to set up and start using . If any one out there has figured it out and can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it !

No sound to notify you when a maintenance request has been added to your list. Do not have time to resync my phone all the time.

Sucks, clunky and buggy

To assign work orders from tablet rather then I can on send work orders to my technicians from desktop can't send work orders from my tablet , also if you fill out a work order and want other coworker to finish they can't see it on their tablet , would be good to have a option for a group work order category

But, the owners at my property won't pay for it. Is there an offline version (or another app) to just track make readys, move outs, move ins?

No instructions to set it up so I cant even log in. Great idea for maintenance managers but the app doesn't work.

It would be better if there were a Manager's version so I could see all work orders. In current app you can only view work orders assigned to you or unassigned.

Help me to now all the work orders i do a day and keep me organized my schedule

Now you can not add your times in,the punch in and out thing is lame

We need our contractors to be using this app to put in their Labor for an entire team of their workers. The Labor tab needs to allow dollar amounts for Item Types. Clock in and out can still be an option but not required. Please work on this. This can save 6-8 hours per week for us.

This app is great for updating WO's(Employee Time, Pictures, Voice Notes and WO Completion Notes)!!!

Rubbish...tickets reappear on system even when we close tickets from yardi app ...not worth it

I haven't had an issue. I have a Note 2. In order for it to work properly you have to make sure all of those codes are entered correctly and what not.

Keeps telling me invalid usercode level 1. I use same.login Info as my ipad but it wont log me in.

The only problem is you can only see the brief descripion Not the full details So you have to open the full version of yardi to see the whole description

they do not respond to any emails

Dies everything it needs to, and nothing it doesn't.

You need to find a load of server information before you can connect, not practical.
