This app is broken yale say it will be working 12 sep for the users as the new user tab is missing from the update. Can not set up my hsa 6600 system with out using the app once to set it up then it will run with out the app/network at home
I think it's pretty good, don't get all the negative comments. Doesn't use much battery, nothing noticeable. The app is pretty basic but it does what you need and easy to set up. I often use to set the alarm when I'm not at home and have forgotten. Maybe Yale have improved it recently.
The user interface of this app is abysmal, for some reason they decided that the back button on your phone should quit the app, and they instead have a back button on the screen...
Stops working all the time, loses connection to pirs, camera alarm set off and didn't set the photos, alarm randomly goes off, app randomly crashes
It's difficult to look at a jQuery mobile web app in this day and age, but does the job sort of I suppose
This app should be more robust. Pages are flickering from time to time. Needs updating.

Have to keep pressing log in everytime I use the app, Home button activates alarm, no panic button

Sometimes works and when it does it's great, but sometimes it won't open at all, or takes an age to open - over 10 minutes on occasion. Not good enough Yale and it's a bad advert for the alarm itself (which we have also had many problems with). Unimpressed.
The app drains the battery, it's not intuitive to use, the sms alert does not work and Yale support does not answer emails and no assistance is provided. On top of this the design and looks of the app are poor.
The app displays gibberish, and half the data/tables/icons are offscreen which you can't get to. I think that this app has been replaced with their new 'Smart Living' one though (which also leaves a lot to be desired!).
This app is clearly a website in a wrapper to make it look like an app. It's badly coded, the splash screen regularly hangs (with the logo out of aspect ratio - amateur) and sometimes you have to force quit the app and relaunch. When it does login it has a UI straight out of the 80s, very poor UX, clunky, slow and only just passed as something you can use. The alarm system itself is reasonably good but totally let down by the app.
I am probably tempting fate but so far so good. I haven't had any problems yet that everyone else has had. The app can sometimes be a bit buggy, and the walk test is temperamental, but otherwise it has worked...... so far
Awful, awful application. No updates in years and poorly put together. Alarm cost a fortune, not the user experience I was expecting.
Poor so far. Having started my alarm install I downloaded the app as instructed I created a new user account. Having entered my email address and password I am now unable to log into the app and just get an Alert "Wrong ID or Password". If I followed the "forgotten password" link and enter my email no email arrives. I am therefore completely unable to use this app, either to help complete my alarm install or manage the alarm system. As this is one of the main reasons for buying this alarm system I hop
This app is appalling. Doesn't work on android at all. Listening to my alarm going off for he last half an hour and bollock all I can do about it. Utter rubbish.
The app is very poor. The support is very poor, cant get through on the phone and emails are ignored. I have one device I cant set up and dont know if it is defective. Does not work going back to the supplier as they dont have the knowledge. It does, however, seem Yale dont either. The saga continues, it is a long time since I have dealt with such an abysmal company. Their help line is one long noisy advert with no help, emails ignored, zero help with their rubbish products. One week in they continue to ignore my request for help. One of their multiple apps indicates the device is faulty but I am stuck with. They ignore all my pleas for help. I have now managed to solve my problems by finding support is available via Twitter. The team there do respond positively.
Alarm slow to open and log in? And sometimes I get notifications and sometimes I don't? Which be very annoying. Also would like accessories that have large visual deveces as my mother is deaf, so she doesn't know alarm is going off.
App crashes every time on load. Reinstall makes no difference. Home alarm now useless!!
Not with the user in mind. This app is full of options which make no sense at all. Add a help button with a short description of what all the selectable options actually mean
Customer support is rubbish! Had a problem with the system, sent them an email, and they answered me after 1 month! just to check if I've fixed the problem? Fortunately I've managed to fix it by myself, but disappointed about their help.
Waiting for the app to open just takes too long after clicking on the app. After which you get taken to the login screen which takes equally as long. If the alarm is ticking down, this app needs to run faster.
Well I was going to buy the smartphone alarm kit. But jot now after reading the terrible reviews. Your poor software is damaging you yale.
Impossible to open on Galaxy S3 crashed multiple times. Uninstalled reinstalled, same problem. Can't even log in. Rubbish
All attempts to do anything times out. Plus the app itself is horrible

No help file in Yale app just firmware report. Leaves user without information how to understand some terms within app.
Have to keep pressing log in everytime I use the app, everything else seems to work okay.

There are bugs all over this app, the main issues I have are random crashes and the ability to scroll after adjusting an attribute in device settings. This is not allowing me to configure the alarm system to my specification. This app had not been built fully and not sufficiently tested. Only finding out about after installing all the sensors ect isn't good. Looks like the last update was 2015, I won't hold my breath but I will be contacting Yale. Not a good performance for a security company.
