About Flood Patrol
Flood Patrol is an Android mobile phone application developed by the Ateneo Java Wireless Competency Center (AJWCC).
The application extends the flood monitoring and flood mapping service of Project NOAH spearheaded by Dr. Mahar Lagmay by allowing people to report floods via the mobile phone and send it to NOAH for mapping (http://noah.dost.gov.ph/).

NEEDS A LOT OF FIXING AND UPGRADING, NOBODYS EVEN THERE TO CHECK OR BOTHER REPORT FLOOD AREAS, CANT EVEN DTERMINE IF A DOT MEANS FLOOD OR NOT COZ OF ITS SIZE UNINSTALLING

I am stucked at the screen where it ask for the date and time i.e. when i tapped the next button it says that i cannot use future date & time. However the date time is current already. I tried using a time 1 hour ealier and a date 1 that is 1 day before but in both cases, the error is still the same. I am using Android 4.1 and my unit is Samsung S3. Thanks for this app and the fix will definitely make this good tool.
