The amazing features of Timbre can be divided into two parts: Audio & Video. First of all, we have an insane amount of audio editing features:
• Audio Cutter: Timbre allows you to take a song or any audio file, say an mp3 file, select a range and then cut it out to create a new trimmed version of the audio file. Timbre chops up your mp3 file and makes a high quality shorter version to your liking. If you only like a specific part of a song, using Timbre you can simply cut it out so you never have to listen to the part that you don't like!
• Audio Joiner: You can even join two or more audio files into a single file. This makes Timbre perfect for making a playlist or a mixtape.
• Audio Splitter: This special function of Timbre allows you to quickly split any audio file into two parts. Simply pick the point at which you'd like to split and Timbre splits the file into two new files.
• Audio Converter: Convert your audio files to and from any formats including mp3, wav, flac, m4a, aac & wma!
• And there's also an Audio Omitter and Audio Bitrate Changer
All of the above editing features are applicable to video files too!

This is a great idea . Hit the spot. May be I'm missing something, but to select a range is very difficult. We talking about tenth of a second, but have you ever tried to adjust tenth of a second. Please give me plus and negative buttons left and right. Would make life much easier. Thanx Just found out accidently to tap the time digits to adjust precise time. This is genius. Life is much easier. Maybe more secret features to be discovered. Does it have a user guide?

I received a .mov file from a customer and could not send it to my tech. I downloaded 6 or 7 converter apps and not one of them worked. Then I found this one. It literally took me 2 minutes to convert and send this file including downloading the app. Fantastic app. Did what it said. Look forward to exploring more.

Great app just one suggestion, the ui for audio cutting is not easy to use: * I can't see the waveform * there is no option to hear just the selected part *add an option to loop the selected portion only This app is great I have reduced one star just to attract your attention to my problems. Keep the good work going guys :)

It's actually a really cool app,but one thing that bothers me about these converter apps is the fact there is never anywhere to paste a link to a video. U have to already have the video downloaded to ur storage if u want it converted... Make it to where u can paste links and this app wud be perfect in my eyes.

This app deserves 5stars since I found out it can convert to many movie formats including Apple m4v. It would be good to be able to play the resulting m4v file which Android devices can't handle, but that's only a small niggle in what is a good professional app. Unlike some others Mp4 video files are handled well for cutting and trimming. Audio options are extensive including bitrate changing.
