Iconic: Icon Maker+Logo Design

This app is wonferful for anyone wanting to make an icon quickly or anyone wanting to challenge theri creative skill. It is pretty neat to have many different preset icons that can be edited and moved in different ways to create something entirely different, and the ability to make a custom polygon, for those times where other icons just won't do the trick. However, I'd like to suggest a folder option for the templates, as I am getting kind of cluttered with the sheer amount i make. It would also be nice to be able to import SVG files into the icon selectors, thus being able fill in when even the polygon tool does'nt quite cut it. Overall, it is a great app, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have some fun with icons.

to tell you the truth i have not used this app too much due to the white background. my favorite icon pack is white lines and would l like to use iconic to alter some of them. please make it so i can see them clearly and i will happily give this app 5 stars.

I'm really loving this app! I got it to fill in some of the gaps in the icon pack that I was using and ended up making an entirely original pack. The customizability of the advanced editor is great! You can stack symbols to make new ones and even make multicolored icons. The dev is doing a great job responding to customer feedback and applying new features. I'm really looking forward to some of the rumored features of the next update. Namely: advanced icon shadows, custom font support and gradients. One feature that would be really helpful in the advanced editor would be the ability to erase portions of symbols. I find myself stacking symbols a lot to make multicolored versions of the Google G, or the Instagram camera. Unfortunately, is not always easy to find a shape that perfectly fits into the position I'm trying to place it so an eraser would be a big help. I know that is a big thing to program so if it doesn't happen, I won't be disappointed. I'm still very impressed by the app as it is. Well done.

Creates very nice icons. I've tried many similar apps and this is the best one I've come across. My only complaint is that it does not show up on the screen where you choose images (eg between gallery, photos, etc.) Some other icon makers can do this and it makes things considerably more convenient, and the icon files don't clog up the gallery as much.

Purchase just to become a pro!? That's stupid!!!!!!! Also, why can't I create the icon How I want to make it? I like being creative, I don't want to have a choice of what I can put on the icon! I want to make it or put a picture from my gallery on it and that would be pretty cool if you could customize it your own way .???? but you can't ????thumbs down????????????????????????????

Okay design App, no temp/saving. Bad editing controls..

Need to be able to: 1⃣ add text to icons 2⃣ combine multiple icons 3⃣ recolor different parts of icons 4⃣ have basic photo manipulation features 5⃣ add saved icons to a local Android library in formats compatible with each of the major Android launchers. #⃣ if you have some extremely basic 72 pixel (tiny) icons that you want to make, maybe this will come in handy, but I think it's far too limited for 90% of the users that desire their own customized icons without going to their PC and using Photoshop. UPDATE: Author is working hard to improve the app, but still it does not handle 1-5 above.

This is a very easy app to use, the best of the five or so I've tried. The one-star that complains that you can't be creative has obviously not tried advanced mode. A bit annoying that you have to go pro to export in hi-res, and it's not explained how you actually use the icons (which is kinda important), but the design interface itself is simple with many choices and allows you to be as complex or simple as you would like to be. The ability to import your own fonts or access fonts from other apps is would be a great addition, and a short slide-based graphic introduction explaining how to use the tools and how to implement your created icons when you are done really needs to be included, and the ability to save in various formats is missing. But even without those features, it's the best of the bunch as far as icon design interface and range of choices/functions go. Lockable layers, templates, auto-centering, search, all that stuff is really nice. PS apparently you *can* import your own fonts according to the description, I just can't figure out how to do it. The limit on font size is annoying. And the shadow feature is locked? Does it unlock with pro? Any more texture/3D features planned for future updates?

It does not do .ico so if you are here for that look else where but it does fail icons not too great I would till use photoshop or other application for more advanced work but thus does super fast Non professional icons but give it a try since you are here

Great app. Only question I have is Can I use saved icons as My App's Icon in google play ? Should I provide credits for the same in description and within the app? Thanks dev for the reply. Your App's all good, I updated the rating.

Great app! Would it be possible to compile lots of saved icons into one, big icon pack that can be used on my tablet? If so, that would be awesome and I'd rate 5 stars!

Great app to make some simple icons quickly. I wish apps like Titanium Backup, Xda, EX Kernel Auditor, and HBO Go had icons, but still a great app. If i could import existing icons, this would be the perfect theming app. Great job, for real.

Good overall but I would like to be able to bring Icon logos in native color. Like the Google "G" rainbow. And also save whole themes or icon packs.

Large library of icons but quite limited in features. Doesn't even let you use more than two colors per icon despite the multicolored ones dusplayed here as banner.

Great app, but the shadow's alpha is not working. The only reason I made the in-app-purchase for this app, which otherwise is the best and easiest to make quality icons quickly.

I like how easy it is to customize an icon, and the tons of customization features to choose from such as being able to change the color and the sizes of the icons. It is also easy finding the icons that i need.

This is what did you miss: I just cannot use an icon from my phone itself, I mean choosing from my apps' icons.

Low quality icons. Way too old style.

After trying a few similar apps, I knew what I wanted. Iconic allows me to enter hex code for icon and background color. Iconic allows me to size the icon.

Best of all the icon makers I've tried on the Play Store! Ironically, this app's icon could use some improvement.

I have no regrets supporting this developer, with any app there is always room for improvement but overall it's a great app

Useful in addition to icon packs, I use it to implement apps into my theme that aren't already included in my icon pack.

I honestly don't get it. The icons all look like they always have all it does is save the icons i make down in my gallery.
