Watchdog

Watchdog è l'App pensata e progettata per tutte le donne che hanno paura di subire stalking o aggressioni, ma anche per i ragazzi che subiscono bullismo, gli anziani, per chi svolge lavori pericolosi o per chi lavora da solo.

Watchdog funziona in maniera molto semplice.

Al primo avvio viene chiesto all'utente di inserire un numero di telefono da contattare in caso di allarme, (ES: il numero di telefono di un genitore, del proprio compagno o di una persona a noi vicina) effettuata questa operazione basterà toccare il logo di Watchdog e l'App inizierà a monitorare costantemente l'angolo di inclinazione dello smartphone.

Se durante l'utilizzo dell'App, il nostro smartphone si trova in posizione più o meno orizzontale e mantiene questa inclinazione per più di 30 Sec. consecutivi, Watchdog avvierà l'allarme.

Nella fase di allarme verranno effettuate 3 operazioni:

1° Operazione - Verrà effettuata una chiamata automatica verso il numero impostato al primo avvio.

2° Operazione - Verrà inviato un sms con l'indirizzo di dove si trova il dispositivo sempre allo stesso numero.

3° Operazione - Partirà la video registrazione in automatico per 15 minuti per registrare tutto quello che avviene intorno l'utente, in modo da poter usare il video come prova in un eventuale processo.

Una volta raggiunto un luogo sicuro, sarà possibile disattivare il servizio di monitoraggio semplicemente cliccando nuovamente sul logo di Watchdog.

- DETTAGLI APP -

L'app effettua tutte le operazioni in background, durante il servizio di monitoraggio sarà comunque possibile utilizzare lo smartphone per effettuare qualunque tipo di operazione, basta solo fare attenzione a non tenere troppo tempo il dispositivo in posizione orizzontale.

Nella fase di allarme per evitare di attirare l'attenzione di un eventuale aggressore Watchdog attiverà automaticamente la modalità Sleep sul dispositivo, in modo da svolgere tutte e 3 le operazioni di nascosto
e all'insaputa dell'aggressore.

Nel caso in cui non si riesca a risalire all'indirizzo esatto di dove si trova il dispositivo, Watchdog invierà le coordinate (latitudine/longitudine) in modo da poter essere sempre in grado di far conoscere la nostra posizione.

- CONSIGLI PER L'UTILIZZO -

Per un corretto funzionamento dell'applicazione, si consiglia al momento dell'attivazione del servizio di tenere lo smartphone in tasca o in mano, NON nella borsa in quanto probabilmente si potrebbe attivare l'allarme.

Si consiglia al primo avvio del servizio di monitoraggio di agitare il dispositivo in modo da poter calibrare bene il sensore di movimento.

- AGGIORNAMENTI FUTURI -

Nel prossimo aggiornamento, durante la fase di allarme, il video generato verrà inviato ad un Server Web, in modo che anche in caso di furto, smarrimento o distruzione dello smartphone, si potrà sempre recuperare il video dal sito di Watchdog.

Once you reach a safe place, you can disable the monitoring service by simply clicking again on the Watchdog logo.

- APP DETAILS -

The app performs all operations in the background, during the monitoring service you can still use your smartphone to perform any kind of operation, you just need to be careful not to hold the device horizontally too long.

In the alarm phase to avoid attracting the attention of an attacker Watchdog automatically activate the sleep mode on your device, so you play all 3 operations in secret
and without the knowledge of the aggressor.

In case you can not go back to the exact address of where the device is located, Watchdog will send the coordinates (latitude / longitude) in order to always be able to make known our position.

- TIPS FOR USE -

For proper operation of the application, it is recommended that upon activation of the hold the smartphone in your pocket or hand service, NOT in your bag as you could probably trigger the alarm.

It is recommended to first start the monitor service to shake the device so you can fine tune the motion sensor.

- FUTURE UPDATES -

The next update during the alarm phase, the resulting video will be sent to a Web server, so that even in the event of theft, loss or destruction of the smartphone, you can always retrieve the video from the Watchdog site.
