I Also bought a Camera from Geek ! 2 Years ago this app worked a "Little," now ? Nothing !!! Judging by all the 1 star complaints? I Doubt Very much that anyone even Reads these comments, other than those who comment ! Why not just remove this app? It's "Totally" Useless" Just an Abandoned Warehouse !!!

Why does it keep telling me an unexpected error occurred when trying to view saved video? And the mode button does absolutely nothing.

I got the video feed the work But every time I try to play I recorded video it just says video format not supported

Same old madness, as everyone before to attempt to use this app with the camera, doesn't seem to work. I have been able to get a third party Windows based program to access the mic but not visual from the camera. I have informed the seller that I am returning it for my money back.

Bought a chinese ballbag of a camera it says to use this app which is another arse biscuit it finds my camera which has no reset button and camera just says offline can't get it online, put my fist through pc monitor and had to go to A&E for stitches, should've got another Fredi never an issue

It is an unuseful and not working app. The Wifi cam, just bought from Geek, is not recognized by the app, even if it has been recognized by the router. No way to make it online from the app. DO NOT BUT IT.

The camera I bought from Wish was very inexpensive, so quality is not great, but I expected that. The instructions are translated poorly from Chinese to English and are very tiny. With a magnifying glass and several attempts however, I did get the camera and this app to work quite well. Some features in app don't work on this camera, but I can access the camera and take still pictures from anywhere. Setup is tricky. Camera does not like 5ghz, so if you have dual band wifi with seperate SSIDs set it up on 2.4ghz. Connect directly to camera via wifi for set up only (Look for Q7), enter your 2.4ghz network SSID and password in wlan settings before setup mode times out, close app, restart camera, reconnect your device to your network, reopen app and it should work.

Limited app. Full of bugs. It crashes almost in every action I take. Loss of camera communication and requieres to force close and restar the app.

Can't connect to the internet, lights don't come on, the app doesn't work, etc. Waist of time. I'll insist on my money back from WISH!!!

I have tried to use the little pamphlet that came with the device. I'm now using the you tube to help. so far fingers are crossed. last resort is to download the users manual. oh I will change my ???? rating if it WARRENTs it.

This app works when it feels like working I'm not impressed at all I bought a security camera for security not to work when it feels like it! I WILL BE CONTACTING LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FEDERAL TRADE ADMIN. TO REPORT THIS APP AS A FRAUD. THIS APP WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE APP STORE OR THE APP STORE IS JUST AS MUCH TO BLAME FOR LETTING THIS FRAUD IN!

Camera constantly offline,no night vision,no push notifications, no sound basically only live cam when you are lucky enough to connect

I knew I was buying a cheap camera but it was just to cover a better camera's blind spot. Don't bother. Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews until I'd already made the purchase. The app is garbage, instructions unclear, and it keeps losing the camera in the app's list of cameras. When it does pick up the camera, it only seems to be able to monitor it from within range of the wifi. It cannot access it from 4g elsewhere. Completely pointless and a waste of time and effort. It's not the positioning of the camera, because my other foscam camera works fine.
