Booked a pre-bridal package and they totally screwed it up. Initially they mailed me that they will be giving be 30% discount but after availing their services not only they forgot about discount but they increased the prices in package. For eg. a simple upper lip costed me Rs.1100 which was marked as Rs.25 on their app and I was supposed to be having 30% discount from them. For them maths turned out to be: 25 - 30%off = 1100 Also, their expert suggested me to go for O3+ facial (costing me Rs.2000) which in turn caused outburst of pimples for me before my big day. And it finally costed me 4500 including my doctor and medicines bills. I really trusted them because of their promises on my first call for my pre-bridal and I don't want anyone else to ruin their experience that's why writing this long review.

According to this app cancellation charges are applied only to customer but if there's problem with your stylist and you cancel ? Booked service for the first time and was cancelled 15 minutes before the appointed time by saying the stylist isn't available. Please don't rely on this app they are not relevant at all.
