Однако, как только вы согласитесь с тем, что отношения даны Богом и влияют на нас, вы должны будете признать, что они заслуживают особого внимания, что они должны отражать Христа и быть примером для других. Мы должны признать, что взаимоотношения — это часть Божьего замысла для церкви и ее лидеров. Если мы этого не признаем, то мы не сможем надлежащим образом служить тем, кого Бог привел в нашу жизнь, тем, кому мы призваны служить, и с кем мы призваны служить. Someone might say that relations have nothing to do with the ministry. However, as soon as you agree that relations are given by God and affect us, you'll have to admit that they deserve special attention, they should reflect Christ and be an example to others. We must recognize that the relationship - it's part of God's plan for the church and its leaders. If we do not recognize that we can not adequately serve those whom God has brought into our lives, those we are called to serve and with whom we are called to serve.
