FastCustomer -- Fast Customer

I did not expect this app to be working accurately when I looked at its interface initially and heard about. But thought of giving it a try. It's very thoughtfully developed application I must say. I have given it a try three times before writing this review. It worked 100% accurately so far. Nice job by developer. My suggestion to developer is to brighten the interface of application to be more native to Android

Changed the way I make calls. I love it so much, but I have to make a few suggestions: AT&T number is missing for general customer service. Also I call 800 not listed but the app and asks to call for me. After I allow the app to go to work, it freezes. Just with unlisted 800 or 877 numbers

Awesome app. Best part? It's free! I hate answering robots and then having to answer the same questions when a service rep answers. Pick the company, have app place the call...sit back and enjoy life...not stuck on hold. Doesn't have every company out there but the list is still impressive.

This thing has saved me hours of in hold time. I love it! Update: I came back to leave a good review and saw I already did it. This continues to be the best app I have ever downloaded. It has saved me hours and hours o hold with the cable, credit and phone companies.

I hated everytime I had to call my bank. This has changed now. I have used 4 times this app with different companies. Just with one company I had a connection problem, but I re-tried again a couple of times and it finally went through. There are already lots of companies added to the list. Keep the good work!

I hate hate hate navigating through phone trees. I just a want to talk to a live person sometimes! I tell this app what company to call and my phone rings when a live person is on the line. Love it! Telemarketing in reverse!

It simply does not work. I've tried to use it multiple times. That last couple times the problem was when FastCustomer tries to connect me to the company I was calling. It just disconnects. Back to square 1.

At first I was hopeful to not have to wait hours to call an airline but when I got the call I was waiting for after an hour and a half, the app only gave me a split second to answer the phone. This happened about 10 times. I cancelled the call to try again but the app said I already had a call pending. I never got another call from the airline. I have tried a couple of times in the last few months to see if this app will work for different places, but it always says I have a call pending everywhere.

I've seen programs like this come and go. I was shocked to answer the phone and have Verizon customer support on the line! Nice work!

Tried it for the first time with Best Buy Customer Service. Someone picked up but she transferred me so I still waited on hold with music but I blame BB. I'll try this again with another company in the future.

Really takes the pain out of calling customer service. I only waited a few minutes and as soon as it rang I was able to talk to someone!

It will get you through to whom ever you wish to talk to. Problem is, several others from the same company will try calling you as well. Not sure why this bug hasn't been addressed. Other wise great.

Love the thought of this app. I hate to wait and I do hate to talk to mechanical people. But the first number I called on your list froze. When I went to search it didn't search and it froze couldn't get out of the screen. So heads up maybe do some tweaking on this I'm sure you can get it to work hopefully. What would also be nice if you had an area that would grab a phone number from our contact list and do the same Thing by connecting us 2 a real person Get back to me. Good luck

This app worked great a couple years ago. Obviously something has changed. Calls take forever or don't pick up or connect at all. Perhaps companies caught on to the auto dialer of this app. A waste of time.

When having to call a government office on your day off can be a huge chore, this app will let you get back to your life while it holds for you! great addition to my life

Stopped working. No longer able to pull up the times when the companies are open so won't allow any phone calls to be made. Tried to notify customer service about the issue and have not received any response.

Would also give it 6 stars I tell it who I want to call and put down the phone, when they come on I get a call. Sometimes they are confused but it is better HAVING THEM WAIT FOR ME!!!!

For both of the companies within the list I tried to use it for both failed, because some of these companies requires voice input or users to dail numbers; so without input, the call just disconnects.

The first couple times I used Fast Customer it worked flawlessly and I raved to anyone who would listen how awesome it is and everyone should get it. Then it went to crap. Now every time, it will call, there is a silence and it hangs up. Sometimes it will call again, other times it will not, even with active call icon still in the status bar. Several times it will call, I get a rep and it continues to call while on the phone with the rep. Haven't had a successful call in the past 20 times using it.

Have had the app for months, but just had first opportunity to use it. 6 out of 5 stars experience!

Gotta hand it to you. The only thing I hate worse then being stuck in traffic is dealing with automated phone systems when all I want is to speak to a goddam representative. This app has completely removed that frustration from my life. It's unbelievable! I just type in the search box whatever company, corporate or government entity I want speak with & Fast Customer navigates through the bullshit & rings my phone the minute a representative is finally reached. It don't get no better then that. Well done FC!

This app is truly amazing. I was very skeptical that it would work as advertised, but after waiting on my regular phone line for more than half an hour and hanging up out of frustration, I tried using this app to contact American Home Shield, and it did all the work for me behind the scenes while I relaxed, and they called me back in about 5 minutes. It seems impossible but it's completely true. This may end up being the best app on your phone when you need it. Again, amazing.

I requested a few companies be added via the email listed here and never got a response, nor were the companies added. If you're going to make a claim please uphold it. Thank you.

Sometimes call have been dropped immediately when I am called back but it is not a frequent occurrence. Overall good app!

I tried this out when I was annoyed waiting for US Airways to answer their reservation line. Not only did it work flawlessly, but it seemed to get me through the queue in a shorter amount of time. Simply excellent. Good UX as well--easy and straightforward.

When the company is listed, it's usually fantastic! Customer service representatives are usually surprised by it so I tell them about it too. Recommending FastCustomer all over. Thanks!

First business lookup doesn't show up (sprint). If it doesn't have large companies like that it isn't much good. Someone else said they used it with Sprint but it isn't there on this version

Don't need it to ask me everytime to use fastcustomer when calling a number when I know my bank is going to let me check my account automatically

Was skeptical at first of its effectiveness, but this app works amazingly! Had to call my cell phone company, and instead of having to wait through the long holds, the app called me right about when a CSR was ready to speak with me. GREAT APP! Highly recommended!

This app has saved me so much time, money, and plan minutes. As a self-employed person it let's me handle important phone calls that before I had to schedule for. Thanks so much for this awesome tool!

I downloaded this app and placed a test call to AOL Customer Service. I'm not an AOL Customer, so I chose to screw up their call stats instead of a decent company. I totally forgot about the test. Two hours later, my phone rang. I picked up and an AOL agent was on my phone. I'm sold. Perceived hold time: 0seconds. Actual hold time: 120 minutes!

most important ATT customer service number missing. phone won't ring back if my screen is off. if so it's a missed call.

I downloaded this app today and already used it to call Macy's. Imagine not waiting on the phone for Customer Service during the Christmas season! Such a stress free experience! This may be one of the most useful apps ever!

Could use a face-lift, but all-in-all works beautifully and does exactly what it's supposed to.

The list of businesses are limited. Wish you could add numbers instead of having to use their list. I'm considering uninstalling this app.

I can't believe this app only has 50k downloads. It's fantastic - almost literally out of fantasy. You pick a company, and then it calls you back when it has found a human being. Saves so much time and stress.

Every call fails almost instantly, I haven't gotten it to work once yet.
