This is what is missing on any stock launcher/home screen. The letter tiles are how they look on the game of Scrabble so the numbers are just decoration. This is the best way to find apps by letter quickly. If you have and use a lot of various apps and don't want your homescreen filed with a mess of icons and can't stand scrolling through a sea of apps in the app drawer this is the answer. Wish it could be activated from the notification shade or a gesture.

I can't figure out what the numbers on the letters stand for or why they're even there. The make no sense. Uninstalled. The one I use is the Quick Alphabet Launcher, it's the best one available. Maybe this author can take some hints from that one, to make an even better alpha launcher.

I get a 4x4 layout for 26+ buttons, and all the buttons are cut out, making it unusable :(
