Interval training timer is a user-friendly application that helps you to manage and control the timing of your physical exercises and workouts.
This app can be used not only in sports and exercise but also as an ordinary timer and chronometer for whatever purpose you desire.
Interval training timer App will help you focus on your workout so you won't be distracted by a screen or a watch.

Interval training timer comes as a 2 in 1 application:

1. The Timer: Helps you create your own workout and save it into the database. This workout contains the workout time, the break time and the number of laps.
After each period, a notification sound will be fired in the last 3 sec to inform the player to continue the work or to take a break, and after finishing the workout another notification sound will be played to inform the player.

2. The Chronometer: Helps you monitor the workout time and save laps into a list with the lap time and the total time.
