Default exercises do NOT have body part intensities associated with them. You are paying for this now so ANY issue you have with the software please let me know and I will fix it or improve it.

Maybe you could add certain workouts into it so as to be a reminder of what you should do each day. Set a min and max rep count and sets and you get5*

The thing i like about this app is that it's easy to use. Would be better if a timer between sets could be added.
