Computer Science Numbers Game

A professional, high quality, computer science application allowing you to revise the computer science number systems, including Binary, Octal, Denary and Hexadecimal. Covers questions at levels suitable for GCSE, A Level and even university.

Users can select conversions to revise, or allow the system to choose randomly from all number systems. The difficulty level can be selected in the menu. Possible topics include:

The menu allows for the changing of the grading system to support the new number grading system being introduced in the Computer Science GCSE course.

The computer science application includes 2 modes, the first is the test mode which allows you to take a test in a particular topic and tracks your progress through the topic giving you a topic by topic grade, as well as an overall grade. The progress screen associated with this mode shows areas of strength and weakness within the number systems, in the progress screen you can monitor your performance with a graph showing test scores, average score and target grade.

The second mode is the challenge mode, in which you can test your skill in a timed challenge, as the challenge progresses the questions become harder and harder! This mode includes a highscore system.
