About Detailed YR Weather Widget
Weather forecast apps are an over-kill. Try out this widget and you will see why. This widget provides the right amount of information in the perfect detail - hourly (where possible). Wake up your device and see the temperature changes that will take place in the next 50 hours. There is no need to 'click for more detail'.
The looks of the widget are highly customisable. Want it neutral? -flashy? -rounded? -practically invisible? -in your favourite colour? It is your choice.
When adding a widget to your screen, you can have it show the forecast for a city, point on a map or device's location. Last two options require Google Play Services to be installed on the device.
Weather data is provided by www.yr.no/ .
After installation a new application will *not* appear in the app-drawer. Instead a new widget will become available in the widget section of the launcher. Check out the linked video, it shows the setup of the widget.
Some device launchers are bugged and don't immediately refresh the available widget list; if you can't find this widget after installation, please try restarting the device.

I miss the ability to decide for myself what data to display or not. On my Xperia Z3C one line of data is half cut off, which is quite ugly.

The app doesnt work for me. I put the widget on the screen, do all the settings, but it starts loading and doesnt finish, just keeps loading. Restarted the phone and everything, but doesnt work. Any ideas?

Great app! Looks great and functions well for me, but I can't figure out how to change from 24hr to 12hr format. It takes a little longer for those of us used to 12hr to read it, it would be nice if we could change it.

I have charmless until a few days ago where i got stuck with the "refresh failed try again" and kept showing old data on the screen whereas Weatherbomb works as it used to be.

Min-max perception could be added instead of the current mean perception. Locate location does not work. Refresh rate interval could be added. Option to disable Automatic refresh on screen unlock (or to choose when to refresh) could be added. please add moon phase and current position of sun in the sky (like iwatch). Thanks! P.S. look at the "metegram widget" app and have some ideas on sunrise and sunset and moon phase! While refreshing the screen moves to the left side and blanks ou white for a while

This looks great, but I'm having problems with the app finding locations in the UK. The choices given are very limited. Am I missing something? The app is so close to being worthy of 5 stars.

Aesthetically it gets five stars, but I get the notification "unfortunately Detailed Yr Weather Widget has stopped" every time I return to home screen. And yes in spite of having added it to exceptions for battery saving. Tips anyone? It's worth the effort fixing it.
