White Castle Online Ordering

Someone needs to teach these folks a lesson in user experience and software useability. It wasn't the easiest app to use, but I was willing to forgive and forget, right up to the point when I tried to create my account. I'm pretty sure there was nothing wrong with my email address format. But apparently White Castle Management Co. knows better. . I gave up in frustration and went elsewhere. (Don't get me wrong. I still love their food though...)

Constantly crashes. Never had a problem with the old version. This new one is useless. Why can't this be fixed?

Crashes, won't let me pick different cheeses for crave case. I dont want 30 burgers with all the same cheese.

It could be better. Wish app would close when at the home screen and you press the back button... also sucks that i cannot select a white castle that is far away from my location. Give the option to search by zip code or something to select the one to order at... that way i could place an order for around the time i would be passing through that area more than 40 miles away... This app has major room for improvement, but it works...

Tried to sign up kept telling me invalid email. My email is correct. Guess I can't use your app

Doesn't work.. this app used to work for me, long ago, now it just force closes when you open it. Sucks too.. was craving some whities, but the feeling passed.. lol.

Still getting parsing error when logging in. Useless app for ordering at this time.

The WORST app I have ever used! You can not locate other stores outside of your home location.

Won't accept any of my emails to log in. Tried 3. Also I'm in Las Vegas, map shows Missouri. ???

Tells me 24hr white castle is not open when I Attempt payment. Broken.

You cant do anything without it crashing. Ridiculous and a waste of time.

I love this app. My husband and I order are food ahead of time and it's ready to go when we arrive.

I can't sign in to establish an account because the app says I have an "invalid email format". My email format is just fine, the app is just not recognizing it, no matter what email address I use. Extremely frustrating. Would recommend working out the sign up bugs before releasing the app.

This app is awful and non-functional impossible to order through the app what a waste of my time, which is too bad for White Castle because my time is important to me. My McDonald's app works real good though

It worked fine the first time, got that 20% off no problem, I go to get it again and impossible to login. just make it so guests can order but have to put in all the info if ur not going to fix the app, very easy to do that, all pizza online ordering does it

The ONLY way to order is by being logged in. I CAN NOT LOG IN BECAUSE IT SAYS MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT...THEREFORE I CAN NOT ORDER. Tried everything from deleting app, and even changing password. It NEVER recognizes my password. MAJOR FLAW! And a bad one considering they allow discounts via using the app. It makes me not want my crave...

I order online an when i got to the store, they didnt have my order ready/ lost my order, had to get a manager pull it up somehow. Like its supposed to be faster with online ordering, thats a lie

This app has never worked. It's awful. Has great deals for online ordering but can't order. Says to use website then but website brings you back to install app. Absolutely ridiculous!

Won't let me log in, why create app that doesn't work. I see many ppl have the same issue, if you dont want us to have the discount don't advertise it.

New update downloaded. Asked me to register or login. Attempt login using known info. Told not correct. Tried password recovery, told email not registered. Register for new account. Told Email already exists......fix your authentication.

I hate this app! I thought something was wrong with my first account so I created another but nope it's definitely the pointless app that will not allow me to log in. White Castle really needs to evaluate their online ordering.

Spent over 30 minutes trying to change the location to where I live not where I was visiting there is no way for me to change the location to where I needed to be entering a zip code would have allowed that not using my GPS

Worst app ever. Could not even order due to error message after error message

App keeps crashing! Attempted to Uninstall/reinstall still had the same issues. Previous version, though very slow/clunky at least worked. Samsung galaxy note 3....
