Smoke Alarm Messenger can detect smoke alarms and send SMS Messages and Email Messages to your friends (or any recipients you set up, could be yourself as well) asking for help.

Imagine the fire has already begun to burn the mattress and wooden flooring, then the smoke is strong enough to trigger the smoke alarm. At this time, family members can not even get out of the house because the fire is everywhere, not to mention to send an in time help request using SMS on a smart phone.

Smoke Alarm Messenger can help out in this kind of disasters by constantly monitoring traditional smoke alarm signal and will send SMS or Email to alert your designated "fire buddy". In this kind of dire time, a friend can easily check in on your family before sending requests to 911. This can prevent false alarm creating strain on fire fighters and legal issues.

Smoke Alarm Messenger need to be run on a dedicated android phone. This gives all the used android phones a great chance to be useful again. It will need a sim card if you want to send SMS or a constant Wifi connection if you want to send Email.

Instructions:
1. Agree the disclaim.
2. Click No Recipient was Set Button to edit the content to be sent and recipient's email(s) and phone number(s) when alarm is detected. Separate multiple numbers or emails via comma. Then click Save button.
3. Click Menu button(left from Home button), then click Parameter Settings to enter Calibrate Page.
4. Click Start button on Calibrate Page while smoke alarm is beeping until status is changed from No Alarm Detected to Alarm Detected at least once. Then click Save Button.
5. If status is not changed to Alarm Detected at least onece, click Stop button, increase Sensitivity and repeat step 4.
6. Click Back button to return to the detection page(The page with the radar rotating). In order to detect alarm, you must leave the phone on the detecting page, please make sure the phone is always in charge.
