About MoneyFlow Expense Manager

-Our app is a complete budget planner solution combined with an expense tracker, bill reminder, checkbook register, monthly reports and many other usefull features.
-Input and access your financial informations. With interactive reports and graphs you can analyse your income, expenses, cash flow and balance.
-Track income and expenses for multiple accounts in multiple currencies.
-Setup periodically (repeating) incoming (salary) and outgoing (monthly bills) transactions, or you can set transfers between accounts.
-Automatically backup database onto your SD card (you can restore a backup any time if you change or reinstall your device).
-Register different users, for example My personal or my company money manegement etc.
-Define custom currencies by user
-Create categories for incoming and outgoing realizations
-Handle multiply accounts, for example: Cash, Credit card, Bank account etc.
-Create three different transaction: NORMAL, PERIODIC and UPCOMING
-Password protection
-Csv (Excel) and Pdf export from WebReport (data.moneyflowpro.net) feature.
How to start:
1. Add your currency in "Currencies" menu
2. Add your categories or remove te unused categories from "Categories" menu
3. Create your accounts in "Accounts" menu and set your Startig Balance for every account
4. Now you can add new transactions in "New Transaction" or "Transactions" menu.
One transaction (direction) can be:
a.) Outgoing
b.) Incoming
c.) Transfer
There are 3 types of transaction:
a.) "TRANSACTION" - This is the normal transaction type
b.) "PERIODIC" - With this transaction type you can set recurrent transactions, ex. monthly bills (outgoing) or your salary (incoming). Here you don't have to set the Amount (if you don't know) yet. Every Periodic transaction automatically create an:
c.) "UPCOMING" transaction and you will get a notification. You can activate this transaction: To edit, go to "Transactions" list "Upcoming" tab, tap and hold the selected item and press the "SET" button. (before this action you can modify some data on form)
You can modify every record by tap and hold the item.

It is imagination to think of some unreal object which has no existence in a real sense. As for example imagining a garden in the sky. But we do not disbelieve in the existence of the object of personal Finance Needs.

Nice program but would be better if the periodic transactions would automatically be added to the transactions list.

Needs. Some clean up. I don't like not having the ability to delete some of the fuetures.

I love this app I had tried many other apps of this kind and this one by far out does all the others it is very easy to use and does everything you could possibly want to keep track of finances! Great job very pleased!!

I have more than 30 apps downloaded before i discovered this one. Great app. and dasy to use.

I tested a number of differant Apps prior to MoneyFlow and they ether didnt do the job or where far more complex than what I needed on my phone. MoneyFlow is a nice combo between usability and simplicity. Job well done to the Dev(s).

Customer relations. I asked for manual back up it was there à few days later.

I really like this app. I use it everyday. The only thing I hope is fixed is when I had to do a master reset on my phone, the unlimited transactions that I purchased wasn't recognized and I had to purchase it again. I received immediate response and my money was refunded right back ! Thanks guys great job!

I've been using MFP for several months, and offer 2 suggestions. l. If l want to select a transaction and delete it, the checkbox shows a tick briefly and then reverts to blank. So I'm never quite sure which transactions are selected. 2. Would it be possible, on the transactions register, to display the account balance after each transaction? At present it is quite hard to reconcile with an on-screen bank statement.
