أن نكون مركز متخصصاً في أبحاث الوقف، وتوفير بيئة علمية للباحثين في الأوقاف وعلومها لتيسير نشر وتحكيم أبحاثهم والمساهمة في إثراء المكتبة الوقفيه وتطوير أدواتها ووسائلها بما يتناسب مع إحتياجات العصر والمستجدات العالمية.
