Needs a lot more work. Often fails to connect properly with the camera. Poorly explained menus and controls, and the icons on the bottom of the screen are obscured on my Galaxy S8 so that I can't even see them.

DEFINITELY not GREAT, but not horrible either. seriously needs some work on some of the clues as to what some of the settings are and mean and why etc. The intuitive part suck and I'm in IT and found myself struggling through some of the poorly worded jargon so it needs an overhaul in that dept for sure.

Absolute garbage. I don't know what the point of making something and packaging it and shipping it all over the world is if it doesn't work. Such a waste of time and money.

Not particularly user friendly. Not the easiest to configure. Also, this app seriously drains your battery even when you disable it running in the background.

All works well except can't seems to locate the downloaded file on the phone even it showed 100% download completed.

Purtroppo bisogna dare almeno una ???? altrimenti non si può giudicare ma per amor di Dio, è la peggiore app che abbia mai dovuto utilizzare e non ne conosco altre. Si blocca continuamente e invio i feedback da una settimana ma non ci sono stati upgrade. Un vero schifo totale. Vergognatevi la telecamera funziona bene ma la vostra app non merita neanche una stella!!!

Does not support Yatwin C24H UK IP Camera. Once downloaded, it worked but everything I close app, camera goes into "preset pan tilt" by itself. Could not activate motion detection alarm which is the ONLY REASON I bought it. Went back to version 5.0.0. More stable.

Now I can't review recorded footage on the SD card except for the beginning of each file. The timestamp on the cameras has never been right - always an hour off. My fault for not buying better equipment. Update: The version before the current one fixed the timestamp issue. Now this version puts in the ability to review recorded footage via the duration slider but the timestamp is broken again. Still sorry I bought the product.

Used to work. Upgrade as seems to be the norm with IT now means it doesn't work. Cameras have successful connection failures!

Works great as long as you are on the same subnet as the camera. As soon as you attempt to connect through a firewall it will not work. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an IP camera.

I had been using it and it was fine. Then stopped working. Today i reinstalled app and now i cannot register any more so i cannot use it! Ridiculous!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE... IT ALLOWED ACCESS EVEN THOUGH THE USER NAME WAS SHORT OF 3 ALPHABETS. ???? The sound quality is horrible, and kept getting loud screeching feedback sound even when the camera was just simply sitting there. Users, try not to get confused with the app account login password and the camera access password, especially after it prompted you to change to a more secure password.

it has logged me out and wont let me log back in. Unable to retrieve password and cant reregister. Makes the cameras worthless.

Annoying New version works fine after a re install. But I can't get it to stop sending alerts to my phone. Message setting page has a bug.

Hate that it's inverted but oh well , works perfectly, records great no problems for me. Use it to check in on home and even use the intercom function, well done.*****

Everything is normal. But if they add better features. Or look into improving the app. It will be better.

When I stop a video recording it claims it has saved successfully to the SD card DCIM video folder. I don't have an SD card in the unit. They are actually on my phone, as are snapshots, which is misleading. Also, wireless worked once at start up and have had to use LAN since, thus restricting mobility. Not a particularly intuitive or useful app.

I love this camera! It looks amazing! We have been using it as a baby monitor for our twin boys now for a little over a year. I hate how sometimes it freezes and I have to completely restart the app to get it working again. It also seems to freeze if I try to change the volume while watching the babies. With that being said for the quality of the video and audio I can deal with resetting every once in a while. Sooooooo much better than the much more expensive baby monitors out there. Well worth the money!

I LOVE this camera & app! FYI, I had the password problem after resetting our internet. Once I upgraded app, deleted current canera, reset the camera with reset button, and reinstalled the camera like I did when it was new it finally worked! EXITED to use the updated app. Couldn't be happier with my camera!!!

It works fine for me ...easy menu , fine quality It would be perfect if I was able to select a sound of my own for each camera's motion detection alarm. A sound that won't be the same to the text sms messages or facebook sounds. A siren for example that would alarm me that there is an intruder ...so I can run ... Using android's sounds is a problem . The same would be great for PC use also ... to select a special sound file for motion detection or even to send an email using smtp settings with a picture taken on motion detection. Also a connection to cloud storage (dropbox or mega.nz for uploading images of motion detection is welcome. In this case , even if the camera is destroyed or stolen ... images of the intruder will be safe on cloud storage services for later use. Thanks anyway!

After the last update the app become a BATTERY DRAINER. Now I have to kill it after each use. The previous version was way better at this point. Guys, when you improve something test better before release.

This app is Constantly crashing. I have to resign-in at least 5 times a day. It either alerts to motion and then doesn't open or doesn't alert at all. I am less than a foot from the wifi box. The camera is maybe 25 feet away.

Can't get it to work anymore it doesn't recognize my password & when I've reset it or changed password "nada" doesn't work keeps telling me "wrong password" what a waste of money, I have 2 cameras that do not work!

I can't get this app to rin for more than 2 days. When it does, the sound doesn't work. I'm really unimpressed! This morning it shut down on me twice. I have a 2 week old & this is just not helpful!!

I logged out to remove my SD card. Then I couldnt log back in. I reset the whole camera, and it didnt recognize my email. It is impossible for me to get a new password. Not a fan.

So unreliable...resetting password is virtually impossible

Please please please fix the constant crashing of this app, it spoils what are good cameras! The app crashed 15 times yesterday while I was trying to view recorded video clips, totally unacceptable!

I've re installed and it keeps telling I have the wrong password even though I've just reset it. Please help!

Used to be able to monitor 3 cams to view and adjust angles and now my 3rd cam can't get into it and kept closing the app itself.
