Bus is very comfortable but service was extremely disappointing. I booked bus for pune. I had a pick up in Koramangala. Since, I was going first time, I wasn't sure of the pick up point. So, I called them around 15 times, it was switched off and when I called on the other number mentioned in the message, that guy told me to call on the first number and cut the call. Then, I googled for vrl customer care, then I got to know that pick up van already left and when I asked him how can they do that without even calling me once, he was very very rude. Before, I was sure that vrl is the best, but now I won't ever consider vrl as the first option for traveling.
