★ How does it work?
The Best-of-Vox application allows you to type or paste text and to have it read out aloud by the voice that you have chosen. You can then save it as a ringtone or share it with your friends on SoundCloud !
From your emails, your Internet browser, or any compatible application, select some text and make your Best-of-Vox voice read it aloud by simply clicking on the “share” menu.
★ How to install it?
Only 2 clicks to activate the Best-of-Vox voice in the Android settings that you reach from the application's main menu. Watch the installation video and follow the instructions. Please note: with Android versions prior to 4.0, one additional first click is required at the bottom of the settings list in order to activate the voice.
★ How to fix an occasional problem?
– Cannot hear the Best-of-Vox: First ensure that the volume of your device is sufficient. If this is the case, than it may be that the voice's data was corrupted during or after its installation. In order to reinitiate the voice, please perform the following steps: go to “Android Settings / Applications / Manage applications / Best-of-Vox voice”, click on “Force stop”, click on “Clear data”, return to the home screen, ensure that the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network (which is required to download the data), restart the Best-of-Vox application, wait for the download and data preparation to be fully completed, enter some text and click on the “play” button.

I love his inflection. He's not gruff. Also doesn't take up all of my space like so many other TTS do. There are some minor pronunciation issues but all the other apps have that too. The default from Google has them. Even the expensive programs one can get elsewhere have them. Nothing is perfect. This, however, is close enough to perfection for me. Thanks for bringing awesomeness into my life.

Great voice . . .but the volume is too low . Pump up the volume please!

You can hear some pops in the voice and the volume goes up and down while it is reading. Very hard to understand. The voice does not respond good to tags such as exclamation points, quotation marks and question marks. I'm hoping an update will help fix these problems.
