Initially I was very excited and very happy with this product. But then reality set in. I get constant notifications at the garage door is open and closing open and close and open closing and nobody's touching anything and door is not open and closing the door stays closed where I left it. I've tried for 3 months to like this and it sucks. Made the mistake of logging out I could not log back in had to get a new account. I really would like to have my money back. I will send the garage back but after reading reviews I won't get my money back and apparently if I write a bad review I cannot use my garage it anymore? I literally have 35 notifications from today alone in 5 minutes.

The Android version of this app simply has a lot of bugs. I can't get the notifications to work at all, and there's no documentation. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and so forth. Oddly enough, their hardware seems to work well, but their app stinks.

The app looks primitive, but so far it works okay for me. However, it's an ugly and simplistic UI with no widgets. The Android Wear part works well. I have Google Assistant voice command to work using IFTTT. The app setup took about 2 minutes for each Garadgets (I have 2). 4 stars because of the ugly UI.

This app really lacks basic features to be a community app. From the use of the app, too the customer relations, I personally wouldn't want anyone to use this app. Pure garbage and should be removed from the Play Store. Reported and saged.

Everything was good for about 3 days and the notifications stopped working. I could still open, close, and check the status of the door, but no notifications. Also, its showing up as the highest consumer of my battery. I was able to get IFTTT integration to work with the help of forum posts. Forum has good ideas for app and product improvements, too. Almost there. 5 stars when bugs are resolved.

Didn't work at all. I always write nice reviews and support small business, but after trying everything it didn't work. And the real deal breaker was their customer service. Total shitbags. This is just the truth, no hate. Don't do it.

Broken parts, incomplete packaging bought two and both items were inferior and broken. Do not by this product. Please see the website and see that a lot of refurbished items are also available. Worst product I have ever purchased.

Poor customer service for Apple version has gone viral. Would recommend NOT buying from this company no matter what! Locked customer out of own garage!

They will brick your device of they have a personal problem with you... And they got Amazon to block reviews after the news article came out about this. Google the company name.

I don't own this product. However, I did read the article about their customer they bricked so I came here for a closer look. My findings....simple! You can tell a company and the quality in how they respond to reviews. Those companies that reply to 100% of reviews regardless of positive or negative get high marks. Wow! So many bad reviews here and NOT ONE (1) reply. Poor, sad and unprofessional. The really suck. Only 1,000 downloads so what does that say about these folks swimming in their own

Updated my note 5 to nougat few days ago and notifications are not working at all.. please fix it since there will be lot of people upgrading to new android Nougat soon.

Awful. Horrible company who will deliberately lock you out of your garage out of spite (read the news). Avoid at all costs

Donot buy. The App crashes ten times a day, when I contacted customer support they abused me and remotely disabled my garage door!

App works well on my android phone but door state needs some fine tuning. Overall very pleased with the device and app.

Works well in app as well as Google Assistant​. My opener was using security+ so it took some extra work to run properly.

Works great. Just Installed my second garage. Have synced with Alexa using Alexa skill. APP is Easy to use and setup.

Works reasonably well. Suggested improvement, separate into two apps, one for configuration and another for access.

This app literally just tells me that my Garadget is offline...Make something good or nothing at all.

App is basic but works just fine. It would be nice to see the community boards added with notifications on posts.

I have a lifetime warranty on my garage door opener I hope this product last just as long I am very satisfied

*Update: Had to logout, uninstall app and perform setup again. At the end of setup it said I was not the owner of the device and asked to make me the owner. Now it is working as expected again. Not sure what has changed but I can no longer see my door in the android app. Web app works still and I receive notifications but there is no no door image shown in the app and none of the buttons along the bottom of the app are responsive. Please fix this.

It always says closed on the app after you open the door. If you kill the app it then shows the correct status. Android wear would be nice if it was one click to open not 2 clicks

Picked up a Garadget on eBay. This is going to be I one of those items that will become indispensable in a short time. Still in its infancy but works great, is easy to install, shows a little of promise. The dev is very responsive, too.

First off, I'm glad to have this product. With that said, I am concerned about the permissions this app request. It was noted as having access to the phones photos and phone number. This makes me concerned that it could violate user privacy. Secondly, the status and duration of the door is not real time within the app. Instead, it only displays the values from when the app was opened, though the status under settings is correct. However, the status and duration are updating in real time for the iPhone app.

this is a great app! Looking forward to updates to fix a few things though

Had some issues early on but after recreating my account I was able to devices and all working good. There needs to be more polish on the app but it's a minor problem for a first release.

It opened up great at first but refuses to load anything after setting up the door opener. The app just crashes and closes basically making this opener useless
