The app could be good but the purpose is to not miss notifications. If your default notification on your phone is sgort., then you are likely to miss the vocera notification as they use the same. Alternatively if you set a long notification on your phone to make sure you receive the Vocera , then every other notification on your phone will be the same. Until fixed, its pretty worthless as a notification system.

Does the chat function work? Right now the system is not very helpful.

I like the options that make sure the person on the other end gets the message (real time status) and provide a clear audit trail when needed.

1 star for no eval. Vocera should offer a free single license for eval, like Phone Access to Genie initially offered 3 free licenses.
