30 Day Squats Trainer Free for Android
My only complaint is the workout reminder. Or lack there of. It has one and I set it and about a quarter of the time it notifies me. I got the app to remind me when I'm busy, so it's not really helping.
I opened the app, instantly an Advertisement covers the screen in a way where you can't tell if it's an ad or part of the app. No thanks

I use all the apps they've Got and I can feel the improvements in my attitude and feeling physically fitter, I would highly recommend this app it's free and helpful what more can you ask for
This app is easy to use, comes with a reminder for days that you're feeling unmotivated definitely help me to lose weight within the first two and a half weeks I'm down one pound.

The app is good to keep track of your days.. But like the other reviews it goes into sleep mode while it's counting down and everytime I access the app thereis an AD for another app. I would have to click on it first before I can even use this app. Very annoying.

I would rate this app higher except I find the pace of the squats to be too fast. Developer, could you either slow it down or add a user option to adjust the pace of the squats. To be most effective squats should be done with slower, controlled motion. Thank you
