Atenção, este aplicativo é de uso exclusivo para cidadãos residentes em municípios que possuem o sistema Vivver - Saúde Pública nas unidades básicas de saúde. O login e senha para acesso ao aplicativo poderá ser obtido em qualquer unidade onde o Vivver - Saúde pública estiver implantado.

Aplicativo para uso dos serviços de Atenção Básica em saúde dos municípios brasileiros. Tem como finalidade principal o registro das fichas do CDS do e-SUS e o posterior envio para o PEC centralizador, por meio do Thrift RAS.
As fichas cobertas são:
