About Sinhala Science Glossary
National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS) , Kandy working under the Ministry of Science, Technology & Research has launched a unique project under the Science Education & Dissemination Unit (SEDU) which develops Mobile Apps for Science Students (MASS). The aim of this e- project is to facilitate students to learn science more easily while enjoying.
The second mobile app of this projects has been named as “Sinhala – English Science Glossary “. This glossary mobile app contains glossaries that are available at www.vidumanpetha.com, The first ever Sinhala science web hosted by SEDU,NIFS & Science related glossaries available at official web page of Department of Official languages.
In this Sinhala – English Science Glossary mobile app, more than 90,000 words which cover all science disciplines such as Agriculture, Botany, Education, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry, Geography, Library science,Geo Science, Computer Science, Molecular biology, Nursing and Zoology.

It is very useful app to me because I done O/L in english medium and doing A/L biology in sinhala medium. But I have a problem with this app because when typing in sinhala it all always types another word. So I have to type more slowly. Please look over this problem.
