LAST 10 to 11 days YOUR app is not open to jio NET ONLY open in connect Wi-Fi range fixed it

There is no option of HDFC bank in net banking.

No feature to see and update plans. Service requests go to people who will tell you to visit local office. UI most outdated and childish. Ads are silly and useless. No one at local offices or customer care would know anything with those promotional schemes. Uninstall. Doesn't solve any purpose.

Pathetic User Interface. Have been trying for past 5 months to get ebill but still not getting it. They just keep peddling new plan upgrades without any improvement in their service. Please stop defrauding the customers . Don't commit if you can't deliver

I have to install and uninstall this app..on regular basis so that I can see my whole information and alao because of this I am unable to pay the bill...this is because of ur disgusting app...why should I bear penalty if ur app.is not working...correct this major issue asap...either will close the connection itself...waste provider..

Can't track the daily usage, even websites are also excluded from this function. Disappointed...

Cannot change my bill plan mid month on pro data basis. On top of it, customer care does not accept bill change request asking to call in last 5 days of bill plan. Please improve ur system rather than tutoring customers.

Very poor app, even not able to register myself and provides his own ads to network either they are fool showing their own ads to existing customer or trying to trouble customer and forcing to leave their network

Connect broadband have no technical support. Complaint is pending for days.No number to talk with staff.

The new update cleared the app cache and I am not able to login again, I have tried many times by using the forgot password option but every time getting a message "some error occurred" . I am using a DSLS connection.
