Works for running cc but only if you manually insert card info. Swipe does not work. I think they do this on purpose that way they can charge a bigger percentage for us to use them since you know it cost more if you don't Swipe the card.

Was on the phone for 45 minutes with a tech guy that did not have a clue. I have a Samsung 6 Note and he told me it is not compatible!! After 45 minutes! My bank should have know this!

Horrible at best!!! Have to key in numbers quite often and being charged double to do so. Doesn't batch at other times and your money will be in limbo. Customer service reps will tell you I don't know why this is happening more than they can answer a question. World pay and pay ware play blame game against one another. I had to eat $256 in overdraft charges while waiting over a week for $3k of my money to hit my bank account.

All of sudden, can't process swipe sale. Tried w. New reader still same issue. Device: samsung note 3.. why?

It's been over a week since I accepted payment and still nothing....they will lead you astray with different contact info and won't do much to help you. As a veteran of the armed forces and business owner I have already uninstalled the app, threw the reader away and will move to a different service. Freaking terrible.

And they don't answer emails. Now they have my bank account info... Sigh

This app is unreliable at best. The reader is problematic and the app often misbehaves or plain doesn't work. I've had to use square a number of times in its stead. I always have the square for backup. It's sad. FIX IT!!

Horrible! The GUI is kludge. The web console dated. I would not care if it only worked. Tech Support in typical form is clueless as to the actual working. Either Googled it or read from a script. At the end of which declared its a bad card. I had tried several and here the thing I am trying to get off of PayPal's PayHere - and their card reader and app WORKS! even with my claimed "Bad Card". When I told the Tech Support lady that I had tried several card and that the paypal payhere reads the card just fine on this phone, she starts going off on a tangent about how PayHere is a different APP.. Duh.. the point was the Same CARD - and using the same phone could read the card.. Then she declares that it just not compatible. Is there not a competitor for PayPal and Square? Maybe I just need to accept that there is no-one better and just use them even though they are any good.

Could use some improvements in design and functionality. Gets the job done but I expected more...

This reader does NOT currently work with MANY of the Samsung devices. We are using the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 & Samsung Galaxy Note 4. We were made to switch from WorldPay Mobile to PayWare by our CC processing company...so we are not dealing with them directly. So We can not vouch for their customer service or other services. But as with most CC processors if you have to manually punch in a card your fees will be higher than it would be if you could use the reader. It DOES work on our older Samsung Note 10.1 Tablet but nothing else! PayWare....PLEASE, PLEASE, FIX THIS!!!!! Otherwise it would be a decent app!

I had many problems setting up. Couldn't get reader to work and got charged more because I had to key in. Dumped it for better system

Easy to use, less expensive than Square and easy to read reporting tools

I have a Samsung Avant and won't capture cc data when I swipe a card...

Use for a Hairstylist

I deactivate my account before my contract ends and pay the early termination fee. Horrible customer service. And swipper never works properly. Worst company ever.

Good app and service

Easy to use and has everything a merchant app would need.

I could not even set up my account. The info they sent me would not work. Then I get a whole other company on my phone. How messed up is that.

In the first 3 weeks this company withdraw from my account twice, but they weren't supposed to.

I own the note 4 and my business partner the note 3. Both these phones do not accept the credit card reader. This makes me believe it will not work with any Samsung device but it is hard to tell as there is no information about this. Aside from not supporting the highest selling android devices, this app is hideous. It is clunky, ugly, and not user friendly. Items do not scale correctly so they are blurry. It looks like this app was ported from a palm pilot.

This app is so much better on a android than a non android!

I can't use the card scanner with my phone. Have to key in card information. Takes too much time.

Stay away from this service. They have a ton of fees and you are stuck in a 3 year service contract you can't get out of. So many fees even if you don't use the service! Save yourself the headache and use square!

I use Pay ware for all of my credit/debit transactions for my business...my customers love it! It's a convenience for them when they're low on cash

Half the time it works and the other half the time it crashes!! Makes me look like an idiot in front of clients. Fix it please

I expected better from verifone. maybe a text or email reciept for the customer? This app is out of the stone age. Roampay is much better than this

Reader barely works

This program has a very very intermittent problems I do not suggest using it however we don't have much of a choice these days

They keep sending me around the same mountain to "troubleshoot" I think its a scam to just make u pay the 3.25% rate

Veriphone Payways were constantly taking money out of your account. Not only taking alot of money out and bouncing my bank account twice since they take over hundred illegally. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. ++South African Scam++++

Works good, but they take all your money. And your money takes 4 days to be available not 2. Is a contract guys carefull

Card reader does not work and is the only way for you to be charged the best rate! That Sux! There should be an exception when it's circumstances beyond your control...

With swipe sleeve connection but they seem to be resolved now. Tech help was very good.
