Budget Tracker

"Budget Tracker" is used to track the budget.
In-order to add a person,user must click on add person image located on top right corner.
At the time of adding new Person,User must provide valid person name and budget allocated to him.
A person name can contain only characters.
A budget is valid if it contains only numbers and atmost one decimal point.
Amount spent on person and his allocated budget is shown in the format f="Amount Spent/budget allocated".
'f' will be in blue,if amount spent is less than the budget else 'f' will be in red colour.
Details of amount spent on a particular person can be seen by tapping on the person name.
After tapping on persons name,we can add articles by clicking '+' button.
Article name cannot be empty.
Price must only contain numbers and atmost one decimal point.
Price must be less than the available budget(allocated budget-amount spent).
A person or article can be deleted by long clicking on them.
