You must provide a valid airline ID during the registration process to be validated as a JAC member and to receive your JAC digital ID membership card.

*Allows integration between Air Crew to locate each other if they desire to meet, using positioning, location and navigation.

The worst and useless support ever. So unprofessional. Wish someone can teach them how to talk to customers. This ppl have no clue of customer service. Instead of solving the issue they just reply that we have to be thankful for what they are doing. But more than a week they didn't manage to solve the problem. Their replies are so rude and disrespectful.

They make you subscribe and to use an email link to activate your account. Good luck if they don't send the link. I have contacted 3 times and it feels like a child is replying to me. No help what so ever and now the account is 'blocked'. There is more cap to deal with including supplying them a photo of your ID and crew details to see a deal/duscount than to get into some online banking sites. Other crew apps floating around out there are much better and I wouldn't waste your time with JAC.

Cannot log in, it says network error...tried "forgotten password" option, then the app returns with a Java exception..ehhh. Quite amateur programming...
