Minor bug fix for date picker in Expense Screen. Any date picked for October was being formatted incorrectly. Previously it was being displayed as 010/19/2016 and stored as such in the database. Therefore, October transactions was not being picked up in the Dashboard and Transactions screen reports. Format corrected to display and be stored in the database as 10/19/2016.
